It was finally Saturday, the day that you had agreed to go out with Scaramouche. You had messaged him a few days before today to discuss the details of your hangout, but the more and more you two talked, the more it started to sound like a date.
You thought you were crazy for thinking that way. After all, it was just a catch-up between friends... well, more like acquaintances. You wonder if Scaramouche sees as an acquaintance, a friend, or just an idol that he managed to ask out.
When you woke up, you decided to start getting ready since you and Scaramouche both agreed to meet up at the mall at 10 AM. It was currently 8 AM. You went to your wardrobe and picked out a nice black skirt/pair of pants along with a white button-up shirt with ruffled sleeve cuffs. You picked out a nice grey coat to go with your outfit since it would be a little cold.

As you finish getting ready, you walk out of your room, prepared to try and convince your parents to let you out again on such short notice. You walk to the living room, and both of your parents sit on the couch drinking their morning coffees.
"Mum, Dad," you say to grab the attention of your parental figures. Their attention was focused on the TV in front of them as they watched the local news. Your father then turned to you as he saw your figure standing in front of him. He looked you up and down before giving you a weird look.
