"With the help of magic, you can summon any type of creature that will be your familiar."

The students gathered around in the forest paying attention to Eira who was explaining about familiars.

In this world, familiars can be obtained in several ways. The first is by summoning them from the spirit realm. While powerful, these beings drain mana to sustain themselves and are difficult to tame, demanding their master's control to subdue.

The second, safer method is forging a contract with creatures from the outisde world. These familiars don't rely on mana and are easier to manage, but they cannot be hidden away, making their presence and your connection to them, visible to everyone.

"I hope you all understand that many things could happen. But you are able to choose to summon a familiar, or, a safer option, make a contract with a creature inside this forest. You may all make your decision with the pros and cons. If you all already understand, you all may go now."

The students quickly dispersed, some joining their friend groups while others set off to search for a familiar.

Watching the students, Eira smiled, 'Kyaaa, How cute, they're carefully thinking about their familiar. It reminds me of my time during my school days.'

Eira laughed at his thought, and suddenly a fleeting thought crossed his mind.

It was when Cayden accompanied him to his front door, after yesterday's outing.

"Then E I'll drop you here," Cayden spoke as he let go of Eira's hand.

Eira nodded his head, "Thank you, Cayden," Continuing as he mischievously tilted his head and hid his hand behind him, "You know you don't have to drop me off at my door."

Clicking his heels, "I feel like a lady getting dropped off by their fiancé, hehe."

Cayden gazed, "I see, then.." suddenly Cayden grabbed Eira's hand and kissed the back of his hand, while saying, "Thank you for your----"

'STTTTTOOPPPP!!!! STOPPP!!!'

'DON'T THINK ABOUT IT, YOU'RE TEACHING RIGHT NOW.'

Eira then slapped both of his cheeks to focus back on the students and realized Castor coming to him.

Castor wanted to ask for Eira to watch over his summoning skill but was stunned seeing Mr. E suddenly slapping his cheeks. Approaching Eira and asked in worry, "Um... Mr. E, are you okay?"

Eira turns around to look at Castor, "Oh, yes, yes, I'm fine. Do you need anything?"

Castor, "Um.. I would like to summon a familliar, you don't mind Mr. E?"

Confused Eira then thought about it and said, "You wanted to do something?"

Castor awkwardly scratched the back of his head, "Yeah, I wanted to do a dual summon."

"Ahh, a dual summon, I see." Eira nodded to himself.

A dual summon is when you summon a familiar with 2 elements and make a contract with it. Dual summon is usually done by mages with high knowledge and mana to deal with 2 different elements. People usually choose an element that doesn't clash with the other element, to lessen the burden. But it is still a hard feat.

Eira tapped on his chin, 'Hmmm, I'm sure he'll be fine. In the game, he has a twin fox with different elements, one a fire and the other water.'

Nothing could go wrong.

Would it?

Eira nodded, "Sure, I'll watch you do it."

Castor nodded and started to walk to a clearing in the forest. Eira stood nearby, as the other capture targets stood behind not far from Eira and the students gathered around to also see.

Girls whispered to each other, "Wow, is young master Castor really going to do it."

"He is so charming."

"How jealous, Oh god."

Eira stood behind Castor as he raised his hands silently casting a protective shield around.

Castor raised both of his hands, his eyes closed, the mana in the air started to react, and his hair started to float from the mana gathering. The mana then gathered around his fingertips then formed a magic circle with different colors.

'...Red fire and blue water, the same as the game.' Eira bent his eyes into a crescent as he smiled in amusement, 'What a show off~'

All eyes were fixed on Castor, the tension building up in the air. Even the usually composed capture target wore a worried expression. But Castor stood unwavering, his focus unbroken despite the beads of sweat gathering on his brow. When he finally opened his eyes, they glowed with an intense blend of red and blue mana.

Suddenly, the magic circle at his fingertips vanished, reappearing in front of him with a crackling glow. Smoke billowed from its center, and in an instant, ice and fire erupted forth, clashing violently, announcing their arrival.

Eira snapped his finger and summoned Aglaia and adder, his familliars.

Both of them appeared beside him and didn't need to receive a command from Eira, immediatly cast an ice domain around Castor and the summoned familiar and protect the students from the fire, while Adder cast wind to hinder any ice injuring the students.

Castor in front of the attack shielded himself, he furrowed his eyebrow. When the attack died down, two foxes appeared in front of Castor.

One of the foxes had a fiery red-orange coat that seemed to blaze like living flames, while the other was a pristine white with a faint bluish tint, as if sculpted from ice. Each bore a distinct mark on their forehead, perfectly mirrored and opposite to the other.

Eira tiltitng his head, 'Oh dear...'

'My~, it's not a twin tail fox but rather is a..'

Soulbond foxes.

Aglaia seeing the two foxes immediately growled but kept her presence away from the two foxes.

Adder glancing at Aglaia with worried eyes, "Aglaia.."
