Chapter 29

A month and a half later...
Brianna
It was September and Maddie was getting ready to head back to school soon. Riker and the rest of R5 were about to head to Europe for their Sometime Last Night Tour. They took off a few weeks so Riker could be home with us for the baby. Riker was settling into being an amazing dad. I mean he was great with Maddie but he was a trophy dad with the addition of RJ.
I woke up this morning and looked in the bassinet next to my side of the bed to see if RJ was still sleeping or if he was needing to be fed or changed. He wasn't in there. But I heard Riker's voice coming from the kitchen and Maddie's as well. I snuck over to the kitchen and saw Riker holding RJ in one arm, a spatula in the other hand cooking and Maddie was stirring something while standing on a stool. She was helping him cook breakfast. I smiled.

" alright sweetie, we are going to surprise your mom with breakfast in bed. I have the gifts we picked out already on the tray but we have to be quiet so she doesn't suspect a thing ok?" Riker said to Maddie. " ok dad. Is this waffle batter mix enough?" She asked. He nodded and kissed the top of her head. I scurried out of there and jumped back in bed so it wouldn't be suspicious. I actually had fallen asleep for a good 10 minutes before I heard footsteps come into the room.

" good morning mommy!" Maddie said as I opened my eyes. Riker placed RJ in his bassinet and bent down to give me a kiss. He looked into my eyes and smiled " we made you breakfast and there is a couple things for you too that we picked out the other day." He said as him and Maddie crawled into bed with me and turned our tv on that was mounted to the wall.
I took a sip of orange juice and started nibbling on the toast with strawberry jam. As I took a bite of the toast, Riker came close and took a bite at the same time. I looked at him funny. " what?" He said giggling. " I cooked for you, I at least want to taste it too" we laughed and he gave me another kiss. " you should open your presents. Maddie is going over to her friend Callie's house for the day in a little bit" he mentioned. I nod and find the one that is obviously wrapped by Maddie. It was a picture album of us as a family and pictures of RJ and Maddie as a baby as well.

" thank you so much Maddie!" I said as I pulled her into a hug. The doorbell rang and I figured it was her friend. She looked out the window and said " mama Callie is here. I am spending the night. See you tomorrow!" " alright baby have fun!" I said as Riker went to the door with her to help her get her stuff in Callie's moms car.

Riker came back and got in bed under the covers with me. Riker nudged me to open his gift as well. I could tell he had the people at the store wrap it or he had his mom do it .Oh Riker. I started unwrapping it and it was just a small box. When I took the lid off the box it was plane tickets to meet them in Paris for Christmas for RJ, Maddie and me. My reaction was to tear up and put my hand over my mouth. " babe!" Is all I could get out.

" I want to have a me,or able Christmas. I went over everything with my mom, dad and everyone. They are gonna keep the kids for us a couple days in Paris so we can have a a few days alone. I already have a schedule of activities. For us as a family and for just the two of us. I want it to be special and I know we won't be able to get away for the holidays because I took off this time but I still want to be together." He said. " thank you Riker. You don't know how truly amazing you are" I said as he crashed his lips on mine. I pulled away for a sec to make sure RJ was still asleep and to put the tray of breakfast on the floor.   
As I sat back up on the bed and Riker immediately put his hands on the back of my neck pulling me in for a kiss. A passionately deep kiss. He had pulled away and took his shirt off. I ran my hands over his chest exploring every inch of it. He continued kissing me then moved on to my neck. He tugged at my shirt as if asking me to take it off. I wasn't wearing a bra but I slipped it off. He ran his hands over my breasts gently then kissed my collar bone sending extreme shivers down my spine. He knows it is my "sweet spot". I broke the sexy time up for a second. " Riker, my doctor just put me on birth control again. It won't be completely effective for a week." I said looking down. He smirks " I know babe I was there with you. When Brianna wasn't looking when we were grocery shopping the other days picked up a few of these" he grinned holding up the box of condoms. He climbed on top of me and I was running my hands all over his body. He was now just in his boxers. I had my panties on and that was it. I reached down and felt what was poking me in the leg. I grinned at him as I slid his boxers off. He continued kissing me as he slid my panties off. He ran his hands through my long hair. He really showed me how much he loves me. Soon enough he slipped the condom on and our bodies became one. In sync with each other. It's been a month and a half since we had RJ and made love for the last time. It was much needed. As we were both about to climax he put his forehead to mine and stared into my eyes. Once we were satiated and cleaned up we returned to bed to snuggle.

" Bree, I love you so much. I don't know what I am going to do without you on tour. Who am I going to sing a duet with onstage?" He said and it sounded like he was getting kind of emotional.

" babe. Everything will be fine! You get to come home for thanksgiving and we go to you for Christmas. I was thinking maybe running the idea of homeschooling by you so that your family can be with you on tour." I mentioned. His eyes lit up.

" you'd do that for me?" He asked looking shocked.

" babe, I'd do anything for you. I just think it would be easier to homeschool the kids. I don't want to be away from you more than I have to and it would keep up together."

" well since Maddie is enrolled already for this year how about we re visit it after she finishes the 1st grade?" He said realistically. I nodded and soon found myself sleeping wrapped up in Riker's arms. I could hear him start to lightly snore a bit. Then RJ woke up needing to be fed. I untangled myself from Riker, letting him sleep, and picked up RJ. I was breastfeeding him so it was easy enough. Once he was full and diaper was changed he was down for the count. I looked at him and looked at Riker. They are literally twins. It's so cute. RJ definitely is gonna be a heart breaker just like his dad.
