Chapter 3

I went to pick up Maddie from school And noticed she was running late to come to the car. I walk inside and find her still at her desk asking questions. Oh how I love her little mind. Always so curious and wanting to know more. I am just glad she has refrained from questions about her father and I.

"Hey mads!" I say as I walk into her class.

"Hi mommy!" She gets excited as she puts her papers away and grabs her back pack.

" Sweety I have a surprise for you! do you know the band R5?" I ask her hoping she says she does. Her eyes widen ano I can tell she knows who they are.

" Mama I know them! One of them is Austin!" She screams. A few kids turn to look at her.

" Ok well we better get going to nana and papas house to get ready. The concert is tonight! We have front row tickets and, there is another surprise I got you. what do you think of meeting them?" I know she is only four but she is just so excited!

" Mama that's cool!" She says as we climb into my GMC Acadia. Well at least it's mine for now.

we got back to the house and noticed both my parents were gone. It must be bingo night or something. I shrug it off. After we were ready to go I left a note on the kitchen island letting them know we were going to be out for the night and to not worry or wait up. Then we head out.

i start to get all jittery and nervous as we pull up to the venue. I haven't a been to a show in a long time and I was nervous Josh was going to either find out or freak out. He probably won't even figure it out. He's too busy for us as it was what makes today any different?

We we walked in, found our seats and waited. Maddie was anxiously waiting. We were sitting toward the right side of the stage. Maddie was super excited to see this "Austin" kid. She watches this show called " Austin and Ally". It's a cute show but I don't know a whole lot about Who the actors are who are in it.

Maddie couldnt sit still. There was a DJ playing some music before the band came on stage, he seemed really young but very talented. Then they announced that R5 was about to take the stage and all the little teeny boppers started screaming!
