Mrs. Khadija's eyes sparkled with a sinister glint as she excused herself from the family members gathered in the hospital waiting room. She stepped outside into the cool evening air, her phone pressed to her ear.

"Ah, finally," she said, her voice dripping with malice. "I think Amaan is going to die for sure." She smiled, a cruel, calculated smile.

On the other end of the line, a voice responded, "Ha! That's music to my ears, Aunt. Irfan is going to be devastated."

Mrs. Khadija's laughter sent shivers down her spine. "Oh, it gets even better. Irfan is not going to agree to have an intimate relationship with that foolish girl, Nouf. He's still holding on to his morals, but I'll take care of that soon enough."

The voice on the other end of the line chuckled. "You're a genius, Khadija. I don't know how you manage to keep up this charade."

Mrs. Khadija's expression turned cold, her eyes flashing with anger. "I'm tired of shedding crocodile tears, pretending to care about Irfan and his family. It's time to take things to the next level. Come back soon and bring the pills. I want Irfan to go completely crazy. I want him to lose his mind, to become a shell of his former self."

The voice on the other end of the line responded, "Consider it done. The drugs are already working their magic. Irfan is on the verge of a complete mental breakdown. It won't be long before he's completely under our control."

Mrs. Khadija's smile returned, wider and more sinister than before. "Excellent. I'll make sure to keep an eye on him, to push him further down the rabbit hole. Soon, he'll be nothing more than a puppet on strings, and we'll be the ones pulling the marionette."

Mrs. Khadija's eyes narrowed as she spoke, her voice dripping with malice. "And as for Nouf, I'll make sure to end her story just like I ended Nadiya's chapter. She's a mere obstacle in this game of death, and obstacles need to be eliminated."

The voice on the other end of the line chuckled. "You're a true mastermind, Aunt. I'm impressed by your ruthlessness."

Mrs. Khadija's smile grew wider. "Ruthlessness is what gets you ahead in this world, darling. And I'll stop at nothing to achieve my goals. Nouf thinks she can just waltz into Irfan's life and steal his heart? Please. I'll make sure she regrets ever crossing paths with me."

The voice on the other end of the line laughed. "I can already imagine the look on her face when she realizes she's in over her head. But what's the plan to take her down?"

Mrs. Khadija's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Oh, I've already set the wheels in motion. I think I've found the perfect way to take her down. She's going to be eliminated, and then you'll be able to come back into Irfan's life and rule the roost."

The voice on the other end of the line purred with satisfaction. "I like the sound of that. And what about Irfan? How's he holding up?"

Mrs. Khadija's expression turned cold. "He's still clueless, of course. But that won't last for long. Once Nouf is out of the way, I'll make sure Irfan is fully under my control. And then, darling, the real fun will begin."

As she ended the call, Mrs. Khadija's smile grew even wider. She knew she was playing a deadly game, but she was confident she would come out on top.

Mrs Khadija Turned to leave when she saw nouf standing behind her.As Nouf stood there, frozen in shock, Mrs. Khadija's eyes seemed to gleam with a malevolent light. "Well, well, well," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Look who's so shocked. Poor child, you're so innocent."

Nouf's voice trembled as she spoke, her eyes fixed on Mrs. Khadija's face. "M-mom...you...?" she stammered, her mind reeling with the implications of what she had just heard.
