As they arrived at their room, Irfan gently held Nouf by the arm and guided her to the bed. "Why don't you freshen up and get some rest?" he suggested, his voice filled with concern.
Nouf nodded, still looking a bit pale. "Okay, I'll try," she said, her voice weak.
Irfan smiled and turned to leave, but just as he reached the door, he heard Nouf scream in pain. He spun around, his heart racing with worry, and rushed back to her side.
"Nouf, what's wrong?" he asked, his voice trembling with concern.
Nouf winced, her face scrunched up in pain. "I...I don't think I can walk," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Irfan's face fell, and he looked at Nouf with a mixture of worry and uncertainty. "Can I...can I take you to the bathroom?" he asked, his voice hesitant.
Nouf looked up at him, her eyes wide with surprise. "But...but...I mean, how can you take me to the bathroom?" she stammered, her face flushing with embarrassment.
Irfan's face turned bright red, and he looked away, feeling uncomfortable. But before Nouf could finish her sentence, he gently lifted her up in his arms, cradling her like a child.
"I'll take you to the bathroom," he said softly, his voice filled with tenderness.
Nouf felt a surge of surprise and embarrassment, but as she looked up at Irfan's gentle face, she felt a wave of gratitude and love wash over her. She wrapped her arms around his neck, holding on tight as he carried her to the bathroom.
As they reached the bathroom, Irfan gently set Nouf down on the edge of the bathtub, holding onto her until she was steady. "I'll wait outside," he said softly, his eyes filled with concern.
Nouf nodded, feeling a mix of emotions: gratitude, love, and a hint of embarrassment. "Thank you, Irfan," she said softly, her voice barely above a whisper.
Irfan smiled and nodded, his face still flushed with embarrassment. "Anytime, Nouf," he said softly.
As Irfan made his way to the door, he noticed that Nouf was struggling to take off her dress. He hesitated for a moment, wondering if he should offer to help her. But then he turned back and walked towards her, his eyes locked on hers.
"Nouf, if you don't mind, I can help you with the dress," he said softly, his voice filled with concern.
Nouf's eyes widened in surprise, and she felt a flush rise to her cheeks. She was taken aback by Irfan's offer, and she didn't know how to respond. She was shocked, embarrassed, and a little intimidated by the intimacy of the situation.
Irfan's eyes never left hers, and he waited for her response. Nouf nodded silently, her heart racing with anticipation.
Irfan stepped closer to her, his movements slow and deliberate. Nouf could feel the warmth of his breath on her skin, and it made her feel lightheaded and intoxicated. She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down.
As Irfan reached out to unzip her dress, Nouf felt a shiver run down her spine. His fingers brushed against her skin, sending sparks of electricity through her body. She closed her eyes, trying to compose herself.
Irfan's hands were gentle and careful as he helped Nouf out of her dress. He held her by the waist, his fingers wrapping around her gently. Nouf felt a surge of emotions, a mix of excitement, nervousness, and gratitude.
As Irfan finished helping her out of her dress, Nouf opened her eyes and looked up at him. She felt a little shy and vulnerable, but she knew she had to say something.
"Irfan, I...I don't think we can...you know...get intimate now," she said softly, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'm not feeling well, and I don't want to...you know...make things worse."
