As the family members stood outside Amaan's hospital room, Nouf was the only one allowed to enter.

Noor, who had been waiting anxiously outside, approached Nouf as she stepped into the room. "How is he?" Noor asked, her voice filled with concern.

Nouf shook her head, her eyes welling up with tears. "He's not doing well," she said. "The doctor says he needs a bone marrow transplant as soon as possible."

Noor's face fell, her eyes filled with worry. "What can we do?" she asked.

Nouf took a deep breath, determination etched on her face. "We need to convince Irfan to have a child with me ," she said. "It's the only way to get a matching donor for Amaan."

Noor's eyes widened in surprise, but she quickly nodded in agreement. "I'll help you," she said. "We'll figure out a way to convince Irfan."

The two women stood there for a moment, thinking. "I'll talk to him," Nouf said finally. "But I'll need your help to convince him."

Noor nodded, a plan forming in her mind. "I'll talk to him too," she said. "We'll work together to convince him."

Nouf smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. "Thank you, Noor," she said. "I don't know what I would do without you."

Noor smiled back, her eyes filled with determination. "We'll do this, Nouf," she said. "We'll convince Irfan and save Amaan's life."

As they stood there, making plans to convince Irfan, Mrs. Khadija watched them from across the hall, a sly smile spreading across her face. She had no intention of letting Nouf and Irfan have a child together, and she would do whatever it took to stop them.

Nouf's eyes scanned the hospital corridor, searching for a familiar face. "Where's Irfan?" she asked Noor, her voice tinged with worry. "He hasn't come yet, has he?"

Noor's expression was reassuring, and she smiled gently. "Don't worry, Nouf," she said. "Irfan is on his way to the hospital. He sounds really worried about Amaan's condition."

Nouf's face relaxed slightly, relieved to know that Irfan was on his way. "That's good," she said. "I was starting to get worried that he wouldn't make it."

Noor nodded, her eyes filled with concern. "I'm sure he'll be here soon," she said. "And when he is, we'll talk to him about... everything."

Nouf nodded, knowing that Noor was referring to the conversation they had earlier about convincing Irfan to have a child with her. She took a deep breath, steeling herself for the conversation ahead.

As the doctor entered the hospital room, he gently asked Nouf and Noor to step outside. "Please, let Amaan rest for now," he said, his voice soft and reassuring. "He's stable at the moment, but his condition is deteriorating rapidly. I need you to discuss the situation with your husband, Nouf, and we'll go from there."

Nouf nodded, feeling a mix of emotions: worry, fear, and determination. She and Noor quietly left the room, leaving the doctor to tend to Amaan.

As they stepped out into the hospital corridor, they were met with a sea of concerned faces. The entire family was gathered outside the room, their eyes fixed on Nouf and Noor.

Uncle Adnan was the first to speak up, his voice filled with worry. "How is Amaan doing?" he asked, his eyes scanning Nouf's face for any sign of hope.

Nouf took a deep breath, trying to reassure him. "He's... he's fine for now," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "The doctor said he needs to rest, and we're not allowed to see him right now."

Aunt Malika's face lit up with relief. "Thank God he's fine," she exclaimed, her voice filled with gratitude.

Mrs. Khadia, however, took it a step further. She rushed over to Nouf, a fake smile plastered on her face, and enveloped her in a tight hug. "Thank goodness my grandson is fine," she cooed, her voice dripping with insincerity.
