Nouf got discharged and returned home from the hospital.
As they entered the living room, the atmosphere was tense with worry. Everyone's eyes were fixed on Nouf, taking in her disheveled appearance. Grandma, Aunt Malika, and Uncle Adnan all looked concerned, but Mrs. Khadija, Amrah, and Noor seemed oblivious to the tension.
"What happened to you, Nouf?" Grandma asked, her voice filled with worry.
Irfan took a deep breath before launching into the story. "Sagir tried to molest Nouf," he said, his voice firm. "He's not a good man, and Noor needs to stay away from him."
Noor's face fell, and she looked embarrassed. She got up from her seat and walked over to Nouf, tears in her eyes. "Nouf, I'm so sorry," she said, her voice shaking. "I was so blind, and I didn't listen to you. Can you ever forgive me?"
Nouf's expression softened, and she opened her arms to hug Noor tightly. "Of course, I forgive you," she said. "You shouldn't love a man like him, Noor. He's not worthy of your love."
The rest of the family members nodded in agreement, offering their support to Nouf and Noor. Grandma spoke up, her voice filled with wisdom. "Noor, you should have told us about your relationship with Sagir. You should never do anything in secret again without informing us. We're your family, and we're here to support you."
Noor nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. She knew she had made a mistake by not telling her family about Sagir, but she was grateful for their love and support.
Nouf's face changed, and she pointed accusingly at Mrs. Khadija and Amrah. "You two will tell them the truth, or should I?" she said, her voice firm and determined.
Everyone turned to face Nouf, asking her what she was talking about. Irfan's eyes narrowed, and he asked, "Nouf, what truth are you talking about?"
Mrs. Khadija's face turned red, and she pretended to be innocent. "What do you mean, what truth?" she asked, trying to sound nonchalant.
Nouf was not fooled. She took a step forward, her eyes blazing with anger. "Don't play dumb, " she said. " You knew I know all about your little scheme. You and Amrah have been working together to destroy my marriage and my family."
The room fell silent, with all eyes fixed on Nouf.
But Nouf was not intimidated. She stood tall, her voice firm and confident. "I have all the proof I need," she said. "And I'm going to expose you both for the manipulative, deceitful people you are."
Irfan's eyes narrowed, and he asked, "Nouf, what's going on?"
But Nouf just shook her head. "It's time for the truth to come out," she said. "And I'm going to make sure that everyone knows what's been going on behind their backs."
The room fell silent, with all eyes fixed on Nouf. Everyone was in shock, unsure of what to make of Nouf's accusations. "What are you talking about, Nouf?" Irfan asked, his voice laced with confusion.
But Nouf just smiled, a determined look on her face. She pulled out her phone and pressed play, and the room was filled with the sound of Mrs. Khadija's voice.
"I killed Irfan's mother when he was just three years old," Mrs. Khadija's voice said, the words sending a chill down everyone's spine. "And I'm the one who killed Nadiya. I've been manipulating everyone in this family for years, and no one has ever suspected a thing."
The room erupted into chaos, with everyone talking at once. Irfan's face turned white with shock, and he looked like he was about to faint. Amrah's eyes were wide with fear, and she looked like she was about to run out of the room.
