Nouf asked the family members to go home and that she'll stay with Amaan for the night. Everyone left the hospital including irfan leaving nouf at the hospital.

As the door closed behind the family members, Nouf turned her attention to Amaan, who was lying in the hospital bed, looking pale and weak.

"Hey, baby," she said, smiling softly. "How are you feeling?"

Amaan looked up at her, his big brown eyes filled with confusion. "Mommy, why am I here?" he asked, his voice trembling.

Nouf's heart melted at the sound of his voice. She sat down beside him and took his hand in hers. "You were just feeling a little dizzy, sweetie," she said. "That's why you're here. But don't worry, you're going to be just fine."

Amaan's face lit up with a smile. "Really, Mommy?" he asked, his eyes shining with hope.

Nouf nodded, smiling back at him. "Yes, really," she said. "You're going to be back to your old self in no time."

Amaan snuggled into her side, his eyes closing contentedly. "I love you, Mommy," he whispered.

Nouf's heart swelled with love for her little boy. "I love you too, Amaan," she said, hugging him tightly. "More than anything in the world."

As they sat there together, Nouf couldn't help but think about Mrs. Khadija, Irfan's mother. She was a hypocrite, always pretending to care about Nouf and Amaan, but secretly hating them. Nouf knew that Mrs. Khadija would never accept her as a part of their family, no matter how hard she tried.

But Nouf didn't let Mrs. Khadija's hatred bothers her. She knew that she and Amaan were loved and cherished, and that was all that mattered.

As the night wore on, Nouf and Amaan chatted and laughed together, enjoying each other's company. Nouf read him stories and sang him lullabies, and Amaan drifted off to sleep, a smile on his face. Nouf also drifted to sleep.

As the doctor gave the final discharge orders, Amaan's face lit up with excitement. "I get to go home!" he exclaimed, bouncing up and down in his bed.

Nouf smiled and hugged him tightly. "Yes, baby, you get to go home," she said. "And everyone is waiting for you there. They've arranged a surprise for you."

Amaan's eyes widened with curiosity. "A surprise?" he repeated. "What is it?"

Nouf just smiled and shook her head. "You'll have to wait and see," she said.

As they made their way out of the hospital, Amaan couldn't stop talking about the surprise. "Do you think it's a new toy?" he asked Nouf. "Or maybe a new game?"

Nouf just laughed and shook her head. "You'll have to wait and see," she said again.

When they arrived home, the family members were all waiting in the living room, big smiles on their faces. "Welcome home, Amaan!" they all exclaimed, as he walked into the room.

Amaan's eyes widened as he took in the scene before him. There were balloons and streamers everywhere, and a big banner that read "Welcome Home Amaan!"

But the best part was yet to come. Each of the family members had brought a gift for Amaan, and they all presented them to him with big smiles on their faces.

Noor gave him a new toy car, Aunt Malika gave him a new book, and Uncle Adnan gave him a new game. Even Grandma had brought a gift, a beautiful new outfit that Amaan couldn't wait to wear.

But the best gift of all was from Irfan, Amaan's father. He gave him a brand new bike, one that Amaan had been wanting for months.

Amaan's eyes widened with excitement as he took in the bike. "Wow!" he exclaimed. "Thank you, Daddy!"
