50 : The Mysterious Werewolf

"Audrey, AUDREY! " I heard Niall trying to wake me up.

"What is it?" I asked, pulling off the sheet off my face lazily.

"Someone's at the door." He said. "Whoever it is rang the bell a couple of times."

"You sure you heard it?" I asked, getting up immediately.

"Definitely." He said. The doorbell rang. "See?"

"Let's go." I said, getting up from my couch. We both walked slowly out of the room, turned on every light switches on our way down the hall. I slowly peered through the curtain near the door, and retrieved immediately.

"Who is it?" Niall whispered.

"Some woman and a man." I said.

"Is it HER and Argy?" Niall asked desperately.

"I don't know." I said. The doorbell rang again, followed by heavy thuds on the door.

"Open it." He said. I took a deep breath, and opened the door slowly.

"Liam." Niall said immediately. "Lisa, what are you both doing here in the middle of the night?"

"Keep your voices down." He said, pushing us into the hall. "SHE was here."

"Huh? Where?" Niall asked. 

"We were tracking HER since last night from that old witch's house." Liam started.

"We, a couple of other vampires and a werewolf followed HER from there, till here, but lost HER when SHE found out we were following." Lisa said.

"So, are you meaning to say SHE came looking for Audrey?" Niall asked.

"I don't find any other reason." Liam said. "SHE definitely came looking for Audrey. Say something Audrey."

"I'm ready for HER." I said. "Who was that werewolf who came with you?"

"We never saw him in his human form, but, I don't know why, I felt like he was your dad Audrey." Liam said.

"That's impossible." I said. "My dad's dead. SHE killed him."

"Why do you look for the living among the dead? It's actually making sense now, what father said." Niall said. "Audrey, it is your dad."

"How can you just let some werewolf you don't know join your hunt? It could've been someone who SHE sent." I ignored him and asked.

"Did you hear what I said?" Niall asked.

"Yea I did, and sorry to say that it makes no sense at all." I said. "Go sleep."

"Audrey, just listen-.."

"Goodnight Liam." I said, and walked back into my room.

Niall's POV :

I'm pretty sure it's her dad for sure. What father said is actually making sense now. But, whatever Audrey has said till now has been true. She's never said or predicted anything wrong. Is it really him, or is Liam making up things? No, why should he lie? And how did Liam know that it was her dad in the first place? We don't know for sure if it's really him or not, but why did he consider it to be him? Why didn't he consider it to be someone else, just some other random werewolf, why only her dad?

"I think it's him." I said, pulling my blanket over my legs. She didn't say anything. She seemed to be fast asleep.

I got up and walked towards her, sat down on the floor beside the couch where she was sleeping, and said "I think it's you dad."
