I walk out of medical.

My back healed up from the shock lashes. I told Abby where to find that healing red seaweed stuff.

"Hey, wait up!" I hear Raven's voice.

I turn, seeing her using some crutches to hobble over. "Should you be out of bed?"

"Should you?" She bites back. "Heard you for thirty shock lashings, at your own gain?"

"I got people to trust me, didn't I?" I get smacked on the shoulder. "I see your arm is fine. How's the leg?"

"One's still as attractive as ever." She jokes. "The other... I can't feel it... or move it."

"You pull the crutches off." I try to lighten the mood.

Raven manages a chuckle. "Thanks.... I gotta go. Think we could get something to eat later if you're not busy?"

"I should be asking you. Finn told me you don't ever take it easy."

She hobbles off. "Says the Chancellor!"

I roll my eyes and start walking away.

It doesn't take long until my dad walks up.

A/N: He never left since Y/N already got peace with the grounders.

"How you doing?"

"I'm good." I answer. "You get around to telling everyone your son is in charge?"

"I was thinking you could do a speech. You're surprisingly good at those."

"You wish. I got stuff to do, busy day, full plate."

"Didn't seem busy when you were talking to that girl. Her name's Raven right?" He asks.

I walk off. "Huh? Didn't hear you."

"She seems smart. And she has the same amount of sarcasm as you apparently."

"I'm one of a kind."

"She might think so too." Dad laughs.

"Who wouldn't? I'm great!" I walk into the station.

-Clarke POV-

Me and Carl were being led by Anya.

"Anya, we've been walking for hours. Where are we going?" I ask the obvious question.

"Quiet." She orders.

I step over a fallen log. "Why not just kill me and get it over with?"

"You can tell the commander what the Mountain Men are doing to us in there."

"Then we can work together." Carl speaks up. "We don't have to be enemies."

Anya whips around. "And unite with someone as weak as you? I have what I need."

"Hey." I yank her back. "We both want the same thing. Right? You respected Y/N, wanted to trust him."

"Look where that got me."

"What about that girl? The one I saved. Tris? She's Carl's age. At least let him go."

Anya stares at me, glancing over at Carl. I notice a green dot on her chest.

Carl notices it too, but realizes what it is much quicker. "Get down!" He pushes Anya out of the way from a dart.

"They found us." Anya recovers, staring behind us at some soldiers.
