A/N: New chapter, and it's mostly original stuff. Hope you'll enjoy.
I was with Lincoln, the grounder. I was reading through his journal.
Clarke was talking to the council on the bottom floor of the drop ship. Earlier she talked to the parents of the delinquents that passed.
I was thankful for her. I would've done it but I was getting through with Lincoln.
"So there are multiple clans and one leader overall?" I ask him.
He nods. "The Commander. She is the best we've had in a long time."
I nod. "Got it. Is there any way you could get to her and tell her I don't want a war between us."
"No. But I can talk to my leader, the leader of Trikru. You all landed in their territory."
I go to say something but Clarke comes up. "Y/N, Jaha wants to talk to you."
"You can talk."
"If you're not gonna rest, then talk to the council. I'm checking your wound when you're done. Get to it." She wastes no time and goes back down the ladder.
I sigh. I set the journal down by Lincoln's pack.
"They all listen to you. And you listen to your healer."
"She listens to me too. And she's the doctor and not my property. I'll send Octavia up here to watch you." I go down the ladder.
Clarke looks at, she's standing by the radio which now had a camera on it. "Y/N's here." She sits on a chair out of the camera's view.
I sit on the chair in front of the camera, while putting on the headset to talk to the council. "What do you need?"
Jaha answers. "Clarke informed us about your idea to use animal fur from hunting as warmth during the winter."
"Yeah, I got it from a book." I say pretty uninterested in the conversation.
"We need to talk about the grounder in your possession. Has he said anything of use?"
I stay quiet for a second. I wrestled with the idea of telling them that one, I knew his name, two he talked, and three he had talked about the other grounders.
"No, he's said nothing yet. Listen there are a bunch of kids that want to talk to their parents."
Jaha nods in understanding. "Just give me another minute. Alone." He says to the council. Seemingly after they leave he speaks again. "Is Clarke still there? Her mother really wants to talk to her."
I glance at Clarke who shakes her head. "No. She's working on some other stuff."
"Alright. We gave her the coordinates of a bunker depot with supplies. Talk to her about it."
"I will. Send the parent in." I stand up and go over to Clarke. "I doubt you'll let me go."
"You're right. Lift your shirt."
"Oh, Clarke. Anyone could walk in." I tease.
"Y/N." She says with a blush growing on her cheeks.
I chuckle and lift my shirt so she can see my wound. It was stitched and pretty good. "What's the outcome, doc?"
"It looks good. But just don't do anything crazy."
"I'll try. Now if you're going to that depot take Bellamy. It'll do good for him to get out."
She nods and looks at the list of names for the kids talking to their parents. She pecks my cheek and walks out.
I sigh and walk out after a minute. Some delinquent walks past me, I assume to talk to his parent. I think his name was Dax.
