Another Rescue

A/N: New chapter. Now this one is short so I'm sorry for that. But hopefully you enjoy.

I was walking through camp. It was worrying that three hundred or so people could've been dead.

I see Carl sharpening some of the weapons. I go towards him. "Hey."

He looks up. "Hey."

"What're you doing?"

"Sharpening the weapons. A few looked dull."

I nod and start helping him sharpen a few more weapons. "Think the flares worked?"

He shrugs. "I mean they had to see them. We just might've been too late."

A couple minutes pass and Bellamy comes over.

"Either if you seen Octavia?" He asks.

"No. Why?"

"I can't find her. Clarke looking around camp but.... Y/N if the grounders got her."

I look at him. "Hey, we'll find her. Okay? She's tough."

"Everyone gather around. Octavia has been out there for twelve hours. We go out and we come back when we find her. Grab a weapon." I tell the newly formed crowd.

Bellamy walks over to me. "Thank you."

"Don't. Save it for when we find her." I notice Carl grabbing a makeshift sword. "What are you doing?"

"I want to help." I go to say something. "And not by sharpening a weapon. I'm not a weak kid."

I sigh. "Fine. Grab a torch and stick by Bellamy. Give me a minute, I need to talk to Clarke."

I walk over to the blonde. She notices me. "Hey. You going?"

"Yeah. They need a tracker and I'd go even if I wasn't one. I need you to help get that radio working. And try to clean that mess." I motion to Raven and Finn.

"What?"

"Clarke, it's a love triangle. Make it a line." I kiss her cheek. "Stay safe."

She has a blush on her cheeks. "Y-you too." She says smiling.

I walk towards the group as we walk out. Hopefully we find Octavia with nothing bad happening.

So a group of us, being some delinquents, me, Carl, Jasper and of course Bellamy, were walking through the forest. We got to some slope and one of the delinquents seen something.

"Rope." Bellamy nods to me.

I get the rope out of my bag and tie one end around a tree and toss the rest down. "Here." I hand him a flashlight.

Bellamy takes it and repels down. He goes about halfway down and picks up something of Octavia's. "I'm going all the way down."

As Bellamy goes down further, Jasper starts his descent. Carl hands me his torch and goes down next. Once he's down I go down, still holding the torch.

When I get down I see them looking at some blood and footprints. "Y/N, someone else was here."

I point to the footprints. "They're deeper going that way. They must've been carrying her. They took her."

Jasper notices Bellamy's worried look. "If they took her, she's alive. Like when they took me."

We continue our trek.
