Y/N Kane, the son of Marcus Kane. He was arrested for theft and vandalism.
When he is apart of a group of 99 other kids to go down to earth. His life becomes something else. He becomes something else.
He will attempt to survive on the earth, but if...
"Lexa, you cannot expect me to marry him. Our people fought one another." Anya doesn't seem to care about calling Lexa, Heda, anymore.
"I understand your hesitancy, but-"
I jump in. "Yeah, yeah, nothing shows trust and faith like an arranged marriage."
Lexa huffs at the two of us. "Then you both may separate after we save our people. Until then, I order the both of you to marry. Unless either of you are against that." She raises an eyebrow.
While both me and Anya were upset, we weren't stupid.
"No. I apologize for my outburst, Heda." Anya looks down.
I simply give Lexa a nod when she looks at me.
"Good." She walks towards the door. "Y/N, I'll have someone escort you to your tent."
I nod, watching her walk out.
Anya paces around the room while I decide sit against a ledge in the wall.
Anya then stops and glares at me. "Why are you not more upset?"
"The marriage shouldn't last long. We get our people from the mountain, you and me divorce, easy as that."
"Divorce?"
"I assume that's not a grounder thing?" I sigh. "What do you do when two married people want to separate?"
"They must explain to the Commander for their separation, then have their tattoos removed and a mark cut into their side." She explains.
"A mark? Sounds surprisingly brutal for separation."
"Separations aren't common. Usually it's a widow that may remarry, but they are required to keep their first tattoo." Anya informs.
"What's with the tattoos?" I can't help but ask.
"Of the clans." Anya sits across from me. "For us. I already have Trikru marked onto my shoulder blade. On the other, I'll have your symbol marked. And you will have mine."
"I don't have a symbol."
"I'm sure Heda will send the tattoo artist to your tent. I'd start thinking of one."
Lexa walks back in with a guard and a few other people. They seemed important, but all had different styles. Though I fully knew they were grounders. Maybe the other clan leaders?
One man goes to Anya.

"Anya, how are you?" The man asks, his voice tough but concerned.
"I am well, uncle." Anya looks at him, slightly confused. "Why are you here?"
