A/N: New chapter. Hope you enjoy.

I climb up a post. Clarke is on watch.

"Hey." I nudge her shoulder.

She glances at me. "Oh... hey."

"Here." I hand her an apple.

"I'm not hungry."

"You've been on watch for a while. Eat."

Clarke nods and bites into the apple. "There hasn't been any sign of the grounders... it's been two days."

"The bomb could've scared them off." I notice the look Clarke gives me. "It could've. I know if I was a grounder and seen an explosion I'd be scared."

"Oh, come on. You're fearless." She jokes.

I shake my head. "No... I'm not."

"Name one thing that you're afraid of. And make it an actual fear." She adds on quickly.

I think for a moment. "Bears."

She laughs. "Seriously?"

"Seriously. Listen... I-I have read a book where the mother bear would eat her cubs. And to me, that's scary."

"I think you're a baby. I was expecting something more."

"You are a mean woman. You should be nicer to me... especially after I was carrying you when you were sick." I tell her.

She nods. "Thanks, by the way."

"No problem." I chew my lip slightly. It was a bit awkward I guess, I mean we did have that fight... or well, technically I yelled at her for going against my orders. "I still care about you. A lot."

"I know." She leans against me.

"Jasper thinks he can cook up some more gunpowder, he just needs sulfur." I inform while climbing down the post, helping Clarke down as well. "And Raven said she could make that into landmines. So watch your step." I joke.

"Haha." She says unenthusiastically.

"Bellamy thinks we should get more of those bombs she made, hit them before they hit us."

"We survived for a hundred years just to kill each other. I'm starting to think there could be another way around it."

"Us and the grounders both are one and the same. Some of them want to fight, some of us want to fight. I'm just hoping their leaders don't want that."

We could only hope.

"Anything from the Ark?" Clarke asks.

I shake my head. "Nothing but silence. Something happened up there. Hell, something is still happening."

I map out some trails for hunting, copying them onto more maps, and by maps I meant paper that the other mapped out.

Monty comes up to me. "Hey, Y/N."

I glance up. "What's up?"

"Nothing much. And still nothing from the Ark. I was thinking of going to the Exodus crash site. Maybe I could get some useful parts, find the data logs."

I nod. "Not alone. Get someone, at least two people, to go with you."

"Alright, thanks."

Then, we hear someone yelling outside the drop ship. "Fire!"

Me and Monty look at each other before rushing out. We see the smoke house on fire, the place where we had all of our meat.

I see Bellamy checking on Octavia who was working in it. Murphy was by them. And another person working in it was Carl.
