Jor found out the hard way that Cyclonia wasn't going to be easy to escape from, in his two weeks of being captured; he had tried to escape four times. As punishment, Cyclonis had ordered a beating for each attempt and she had also began to test her new crystals out on the Yarisian Prince – from fireballs to mind invaders. He was exhausted and slowly losing the will to attempt another escape, that was until a certain Talon wandered into the cell block with a white crystal being carefully tossed from one hand to the other, with a groan Jor lifted his head to observe. One of his eyes were closed due to the pain but it did not stop the intense glare he sent towards the Dark Ace. "What do you want now?" He hissed, making a bold attempt to stand but his knees buckled, leaving him on his side. "I have an offer for you, I suggest you be a good Prince and listen." Dark Ace replied, ignoring Jor's attitude towards him. "Heh an offer from any Cyclonian stinks, I'm not interested." Jor smirked despite the pain he was in, he sat up and continued to glare at the Talon. "Even if it means seeing your sister again?" The Dark Ace asked innocently with an evil smirk on his face, knowing this would capture Jor's attention as his eyes widened briefly before returning to its hardened stare. "Our offer is that if you stop your sister and Terra Yaris from rebelling against Master Cyclonis – we will let you go free. No strings attached." The Dark Ace explained, pocketing the crystal – if Jor took the offer up, he'd attack the Storm Hawks and use the mind controlling crystal on both siblings whilst they were weak and distracted. "Fine. Though you must promise to never harm Nika." Jor replied, his voice stern. The Dark Ace chuckled whilst subtly crossing his fingers behind his back. "Why of course not. Oh, and also, you must never mention that you were here. You don't want your sister rushing in here and getting hurt do you?" Dark Ace smiled as he waved for two Talons to release Jor from his chains, another brought in a basin of water and a change of clothes. "Whatever." Jor responded, Nika was going to annihilate him for ever agreeing to this.
Meanwhile, Piper and Nika were enjoying have some time away from the boys in the brunette's room. Nika was preoccupied with doing her daily stretches while Piper lay on her stomach with a book, she sighed catching Nika's attention. "What's up?" She asked before leaning backwards, Piper sat up and thought for a moment before shifting her eyes to Nika. "Was just thinking, do you think we could all do something together?" She wondered aloud, the brunette stood up and raised an eyebrow. "What do ya mean?" She asked, slightly suspicious of Piper. "How about we all have a night in the bridge and have a sleepover?" Piper grinned, the sudden loudness of her voice made Nika jump back in fright before she crossed her arms – there was no way she was having a sleepover, well with the guys anyway. "Uh no. Piper-!" Nika started before the navigator sped off out of the room making Nika sigh loudly. "So much for asking me." She muttered before continuing her stretches. 'We need more missions – Piper gets too much time to think.' Nika thought, her mind wandered off to Aerrow – it had been two weeks since they confessed, she was happy with taking it slow but knowing they hadn't kissed bothered her. 'There's nothing wrong with expressing how I feel but what if we don't work out?' Nika continued to think, she was at war with her feelings and her beliefs. Back home, she made a vow to herself that her first kiss would be with someone she truly loved and a part of her made her think it would be Aerrow, but she feared that they wouldn't work out. "This is silly." She muttered before lifting her eyes to look at her desk, seeing Radarr casually sitting on it and watching her. "GAH!" She yelped stumbling backwards in fright, the co-pilot sniggered whilst the brunette recovered and pointed a finger at him. "Don't sneak up on me like that!" She yelled furiously, Radarr shrugged and motioned for her to follow him – against her better judgement, she did. He led her to Aerrow's door, as she looked down to the co-pilot she noticed a sly grin on his face as he swiftly knocked the door and sprinted. "Hey! Radarr!" She called, turning to chase him, "Hey..." Aerrow's voice called, a smile appeared on his face seeing Nika. The brunette froze and swiftly turned to face Aerrow a nervous smile spreading on her lips as she titled her head to look up at him. "Hi!" She chirped, why had Radarr led her here? Aerrow breathed out a noise of amusement, Radarr must have noticed him being down in the dumps and brought Nika round. "You want to come in?" He smiled, Nika shrugged and sat on his bed whilst Aerrow closed the door and sat on the floor in front of her. "I'm sorry, you were probably busy or something." Nika spoke, her eyes wandering around the room before resting on Aerrow – he smiled up at her gently and took her hands. "Nah, I'm never too busy for you." He replied before making himself level with her face by sitting on his knees, smirking when he saw Nika blush at how close they were. "S-so what's up?" She stammered, her nose brushing his briefly. "I can't remember but I want to try something..." Aerrow replied a bit hazy since his mind was going into overdrive, as much as he desperately wanted to kiss Nika he couldn't break her trust since he promised he wouldn't until she was ready. However, the redhead had a different plan, he could hopefully kiss the corner of her lips. "Aerrow..." Nika breathed feeling incredibly nervous, the redhead shut his eyes tightly – the way she said his name made him both nervous and excited – it almost pained him since he knew this wouldn't be their first kiss and the way she said his name made him reconsider for a moment. "Don't speak..." He murmured quietly, Nika's breath hitched when she felt his lips press gently to the side of her mouth, feeling small sparks and butterflies from first contact. Aerrow took his time in kissing Nika's lip corner, even with the smallest touch – her lips were warm and smooth, a slight taste of honey and he really wanted to kiss her properly. Eventually he pulled away and opened his eyes to see Nika, a brighter blush on her face but what really melted Aerrow was the smile on her face. "Thank you." He breathed, Nika hugged him tightly, at a loss of what to say but her mind was thinking plenty. 'I can't wait till I'm ready, am I ready now? No! Fall in love first! It means so much more then!' Nika thought, her face buried in his neck as a smile appeared on her face again especially with the thought that she was falling in love for the first time.
