Continuing from the last chapter, the Ferry finally arrived at Chen's island with the Ninja and the other Elemental Masters were approaching the island while the ferry got closer.

Everyone stared on in awe at the sigh of the beautiful palace on the unknown island.
COLE: "Look at that."
KAI: "Awesome."
From behind, Karlof pushed Kai forward, making the Master of Fire gain an annoyed look. He turned around, glaring
The six walk forward, gazing at the impressive temple. However, the metal man that Kai fought on the ferry walked up behind them.
KARLOF: "Let me see."
He pushes Kai out of the way. The red ninja stumbled before he rounded on Karlof with a glare.
KAI: "Do you mind?"
The two got into a fighting stance, but before they good, a crystal sword struck the ground in between them. They turned to Rouge, who was glaring daggers at them.
ROUGE: "Boys." Her tone was icy, as if any movement will make the blizzard rage. "Save this brutish fight for the tournament, please."
Kai and Karlof turned to one another before turning away with a huff.
KARLOF: "Karlof will just have to crush ninja later."
After settling that, the ferry stops at the docke, two of the hooded men beside Clouse putting a plank down. The master of the Dark Arts ignored the contestants, walking off and gesturing to the island in front of them.
CLOUSE: "Welcome to Chen's Island. The Tournament of Elements welcomes its brave fighters." He stops, turning to Garmadon. "Master Chen will be pleased you've returned, Sensei Garmadon."
Clouse gave him an emotionless gaze, but Rouge could feel like the man was glaring at Garmadon for whatever reason.
GARMADON: "The pleasure is all mine, Clouse."
Garmadon didn't bother hiding his destain at the notion of being reunited with Chen. Okay, there was definitely history between Clouse and the 'Master Chen'. But what was that history?
CLOUSE: "I'm sure it is."
He scoffed, turning away and continuing to guide everyone into the temple.
JAY: "Definitely feeling some tension between you two."
KAI: "Yeah, and how is it we're on an island I've never seen on any map?"
