The door burst open and the members found themselves in a defensive position in an instant. Killer manifested knives with maniacally smiled as he jumped back, gaining momentum for another attack, which Shard defended while Skyflower used plants and Leata arrows to disarmed the knives sent into the air. Paw strained with all his strength against Cross, who coldly forced him to back away. Using gravity, Paw held his ground, resolutely knocking back the threateningly close blade. Cross quickly switched the red blade to into two bone daggers and wounded the wolf, who spinning his halberd, defended his continuous attacks from all sides. Dust with sparkling magic and a wide dark smile, took on Epic and Faith, of whom Epic proved to be a significantly stronger opponent. The bone wall Epic used as a shield was shattered by Dust's attack. Faith immediately jumped in front of him with her saber, balancing the force of her blow with her speed. Horror brutally sliced through the vines with his ax, forcing Skyflower to use sharp petals against him.
Seeing Skyflower's position, Paw burst out to attack Horror, who was tearing apart the vines with brutal force. Cross immediately followed and was dangerously close to taking his head, but Leata deflected it with an icy wall. Skyflower swapped places with Shard in a swift wing-flip, who used his combat experience to cut between Leata and Cross. Leata seized this opportunity to support Paw. Epic's expression said a lot about how much fun he had when he faced Cross, he knew exactly what the attack purpose was. The team however, fought without letting down their guard. The applause coming from the direction of the door caught everyone's attention as Aku stood there and smiled contentedly with Kitsu at his side.
– Aku you are mean – Paw pouting as he realized the test.
– It wasn't my idea – Aku spread his hands wide with a grin. The gang watched the interaction between them with interest.
