The appearance of Bad Sans caused chaos at the meeting as many argued over what had been said. Blue's eyes, however, lit up with joy that they were alive. Part of the argument was still about Palette's identity, who many did not believe that he was Nightmare. The thought of Error, Nightmare and Bad Sans returning terrified many. The other side argued that Error and Nightmare were dead, and the appearance of Bad Sans had not yet proven anything.

The unrest was tangible in the surroundings and his own feelings consumed Dream, who tried to keep the peace with a forced smile while he himself was not sure of the answers. Ink firmly believed that the return of the gang would not change the goal, they had to win. Even among the neutrals, the appearance of the Bad Sans made many uneasy, the shadow of the past left strong wounds on each of them. Despite the tension, Blue proudly agreed to contact the Destruction forces. Dream, hoping to direct things in a more peaceful direction, supported him, while Ink was against and considered too dangerous. While most were preparing for another clash, a few accompanied Blue to the meeting, which took place in Outertale.

– Blue – Palette immediately acknowledging their arrival, looking up at them coldly.
– Palette – Blue enthusiastically stop in front of him.
– I would appreciate it if you wouldn't call me that anymore! I never like that name – Aku announced coldly.
– Oh – Blue froze for a moment. – Then what shall we call you? – he asked, respecting his request.
– Aku or Nightmare would be fine – he shrugged. Blue nodded, not fully understanding why he preferred those names.
– Aku – Classic stepped forward, drawing attention to himself. – I assume you heard about what was said at the neutral meeting – he brought it up, wanting to know where they stood.
