The shoots were going alright as the days go by. Ruby was doing a great job playing dumb. Aoi looked after her during shooting and on set, at night, he did his usual research about Hikaru Kamiki's whereabouts, but he can't find much, which he suspects that Hikaru was paying to keep less attention on him after all...he was one heck of a good looking fellow. Aoi sometimes mutters that Ai at least had a better choice in good looking guys.

Aside from the searches, he was mostly busy with Ruby's schedules. Right now, he was sitting beside Ruby in the back seat of the show's car, going to the set after a shoot. Aoi was just sitting there on his phone while Ruby was continuously talking to Shun.

Ruby- Yoshizumi-San! Good work, today! It was a hot day!

She reached out for Aoi's bag and gave him a bottle of tea.

Ruby- Have some tea!

Shun looked back startled.

Shun- E-eh? It's okay!

Ruby smiled.

Ruby- I insist!

Shun lets out a surprised squeak.

Shun- uh...Okay...

He takes it.

Shun- Thank you

For Aoi it seemed normal because she's been like this with Shun for the past few days. Upon reaching the studios, Aoi excused himself for a while because he wanted to be on break. Ruby nodded, giving him time while she went in with Shun.

Ruby- Yoshizumi-San! What do you do on your days off?

Shun was on his desk working.

Shun- Oh! Uh...doing my extra work that's left...

Ruby- You're so hardworking!

She said cheerfully. Shun started to think.

"Ruby-Chan has been flirting with me recently..."

He looked at her as she was talking with her eyes closed.

"Why...? Why would a new idol and tv rookie...with that looks flirt with just a mere assistant director?"

Ruby was staring at him as he was turned away from her, his hand in a cup-holding position as he came to a conclusion.

"Am I her type? Does this gloomy, immoral look actually shine more in this glamorous industry?"

He heard faint footsteps that pulled him a little away from his conclusion.

"But her manager...He looks more gloomier than me, he looks more like a womanizer"

He shakes his head as he hears Ruby's 'concerned' voice.

Ruby- Yoshizumi-San...you're spacing out again...You look so tired, do you even get proper sleep at night? I'm worried

Shun turns back.

Shun- Don't worry about that

Ruby looked at the screen of his computer over his shoulder.

Ruby- I heard assistant directors lay a few chairs and sleep whenever they get time. Is it true?

Shun- Well, no, but, it did have an image in people's mind in the past. Over these few years, just like any other job positions, if you overwork, the HR company will tell you off and the regulatory compliances have gotten stricter too.

He turns to face Ruby.

Shun- It's better than it was a decade ago!

Ruby giggles.
