Volume 10~ Reality

As the days passed, the impact of the tweet that spread like wildfire was seen. Did Deep, One chance! They weren't filming now, or rather, they were coming up with apology episodes. Ruby has been busy with some documents. Aoi didn't mind, he knew that she's trying every way to engage in the show...untill she appears to him with a proposal. With that dark eyes of hers and the smile that could mask up anything.

Ruby- Aoi-Kun, would you like to help me out?

She asked holding out the document of around 2 pages. Aoi was chugging some water, he put down the bottle ad gulps.

Aoi- Depends what's in the folder

He takes it from her hands and look at her before reading.

Ruby- Why do only Meiya gets to voice her struggle, when you don't?

Aoi- Is that what this is about...?

Ruby nodded.

Ruby- I want you and Meiya to appear as special guests for the next episode 

Aoi flipped through the pages. Guest appearance agreement. He run his hand through his hair.

Aoi- God Damn...Ruby, you know what kind of firestorm this could bring down on the agency, right?

It wasn't his self confidence, it was the truth, after the Stage play and movie, his once dipped popularity has gone all time high rivaling his sister's, alongside many bigshots. It will depend on the viewers to forgive or hate.

Ruby- Yoshizumi-San has already talked about it and they agreed

Ruby moved closer looking up at him with half-lidded eyes.

Ruby- It's just you who's left to accept now

Aoi looked down at her eyes, he can sense that she won't back down. She smiled at him.

Ruby- Sign the damn contract, Aoi-Kun. It's not a big deal for you, is it?

Her tone was filled with dominance and lack of patience.

Aoi- F-Fine...

He stuttered...something he never did before. He moved back from her to sign the contract before slamming it on her palm. Aoi was feeling overwhelmed by RUby's presence, it weighed really hard. She examined his signature.

Ruby- Good boy, it wasn't that hard was it?

Aoi looked away.

Aoi- What a pain...

Ruby chuckled.

Ruby- See you then

She turns around and leaves. Aoi felt less weighed and sighs.

"She's not a girl anymore"

He runs his hand through his hair.

"She's a woman..."
