Chapter 25-Healing

When Mokuba and Fugata had went through the abandoned house, searching for S/n, they had found her in a small dark room where she was sound asleep on a small run-down chair. She was tied in a similar way Seto and Y/n were. Mokuba quickly got to work, he couldn't see very well because of how dark the room was, until Fugata found the light switch and turned it on.

Mokuba was finally able to see the girl in question. The shock that went through him was something he had never experienced before. His mouth dropped open and he stared at her for a couple of seconds, not understand anything. Fugata decided to help him when he noticed how out of it he seemed to be.

When they had finished untying her, Mokuba solely refused for Fugata to carry her, he was very adamant: he was going to be the one carrying her.

And he did, forcing himself to ignore the slight ache of his arms when he did carry her all the way out to the car. He placed her on the backseat and was going to sit down in front, but something in him cracked and he sat down next to her, making sure she was sleeping comfortably, at least as much as she could in a car.

The shock still hadn't left him and all he could think about while they were driving back to the estate was how he was going to have a very serious conversation with Y/n.

On the other side of Domino City, Roland was smiling to himself. The holograms were working very well, this new technology was absolutely wonderful! He was the only one who stayed, after they received Mokuba's call saying he had, himself, received a signal from Y/n, the emergency signal. So they dropped Laura at the Estate, and had to pick Miranda from the Hall before they drove to the abandoned house.

Roland has already received orders from Seto who had asked him to get the two old men, he had pictures that Y/n had given to them beforehand. So when he saw two men matching the picture, he discreetly took them aside and got them tied down and taken by the police.

Meanwhile, all the journalists who had come were all very surprised to see holograms of the two ruthless CEOs standing side by side. Everyone present was completely shocked by their new technology, holograms that move and talk just like a normal person would. They didn't know it was registered, a simple video they were playing in 3D. They did believe every lie that they were saying.

As soon as the video they had prepared was over, all the journalists were thrown out, Roland was able to get back to the Estate. And just barely a couple of hours later, dozens of new articles were written about the two CEOs' wonderful relationship and how the two Corps had plan to mix their strengths and form a power that would be able to take over Domino City's entire technology industries.

Roland's job done, he decided to go back to the Estate.

Miranda and Seto rushed Y/n into the hospital and everyone let them in, all moving aside as soon as they saw Seto, Y/n's face was hidden under Seto's jacket that he had wrapped around her when she had started to shiver in the car. He had carried her in with it on her.

The doctors all rushed in and took her from him and he felt his heart leave with her to the emergency room where he and Miranda weren't allowed to go. He sat down on one of those simple blue plastic chairs in the hallway just beside the door and place his head in his hands, sighing loudly.

''While we are here, we should probably find someone to treat your shoulder, Sir.''

Miranda's voice was soft. All her previous anger had left her and she was now looking very worried. What would have happened if her, Mokuba and Fugata hadn't come? Her eyes were slightly red, as if she had cried while driving them to the hospital, but Seto hadn't heard anything. Well, truth be told, he was putting all his attention on the CEO that was laying on his lap, focusing to see if she was still breathing.
