We fought. Again.

I don't remember how we ended up at this point. Words got exchanged. Hurtful and then some. It didn't help that we both had some degree of anger issues. Though, we both were aware of our problems. Donnie wouldn't spare us the details and told us plainly that we were destructive. Not physically. The atmosphere and environment just become thick and no one's happy.

This time is different.

Raphael walked out to the surface. Most of our arguments would end up with him in his room and me in the dojo. Scarily enough, I never saw him THIS angry. His anger would frustrate me to no end. I hate being frustrated so I would get more angry. This vicious cycle caused it to blow up.

It was an argument that we never had before because it would be stupid. It still is; just remembering it is annoying me.

I was training with Leonardo and Mikey because Raph was out late patrolling with Casey. He crashed until noon and I had to get my training in before I could study for my exam.

For some odd reason, he was annoyed with this knowledge when he found me studying with my laptop.

"Hey, today isn't rest day, is it?" Raph asked as he walked with half-groggy steps, slight teasing yet genuineness tone to his question. I looked up with a smile, I love seeing him. I sat on the floor of the living room, my laptop on where we would sit, my papers sprawled out. He stood on the highest ledge and I shook my head.

"Y/n trained with Leo and I! We taught her how to do a backflip!" Mikey exclaimed as he plopped down beside me, barely missing my laptop, turning on the tv with one hand as the other had a slice of pizza.

A confused sound left his mouth. "You're not at the level to be doing flips," Raph countered.

I rolled my eyes playfully, my grin still on my face, oblivious at my innocent act being taken as careless. "Yeah, but I wanted to learn. I can't do it on my own, I still need a spotter and a mat but I have the technique down!" I grinned at my accomplishment.

"And what if you injure yourself?" His question threw me off. He wasn't glad or excited or happy for me. He was upset. I wasn't getting the vibe why he was upset.

My grin decreases but I try upholding my positive attitude. "Mike and Leo was there. They both said I was fit to try," I said as my voice got weaker with each syllable.

"They don't know your progress like I do, they don't call the shots. I do!" He pointed to himself, emphisising his point.

My eyes flicker from the pulsing in his bicep and the annoyance in his eyes. What was he getting so worked up for? "Raph," I started, finding my tone and leveling out what I was going to say next. "Leo said I would be okay. Because of your training I've been--"

"Yeah, my training. Not Leo's or Mikey's. I made a schedule for you for a reason. Why're you listening to Leo anyways?"

I raised an eyebrow at him. "Cause he's also trained in ninjitsu...? You both got the same training for the same length." I assumed that all of the turtles had a good sense of judgement when it came to ninjitsu. With their own takes of course.
Leonardo, if anything, would be more qualified since he has the technique down more than the rest. We don't train together because there was no reason to. We only did today because Leo and Mikey were there and I joined them. Donatello was in the lair building something.

"You are not in a position to be doing flips. You need to know the basics! There are techniques you need."

"That Leo said I already have," I countered with a flat tone.
