"Are you sure she's going to like it?" Y/n asked concerningly, looking at Mikey running around.

Donatello and Y/n were to disagree about the music box he made for April. "Affirmative. It has got her favourite colours and her favourite tune," he responded, twinking with the music box he made out of scraps. What scared Y/n was the picture of himself stuck to it. He stood up, proud of his invention, "it's done." He started to doubt it and let Y/n's word sink in, "too much?" Mikey went towards his brother, popping up behind him.

"Do you really want my opinion?" Mikey asked slowly.

"Only if you think it's perfect."

Michelangelo thought about his answer and even though he was slightly skeptical about it, he kinda liked it. "It's perfect!" He exclaimed, a thumbs up (for effort). Donatello grinned, eyes glimmering, glad about Mikey's answer.

"Can I give my opinion?" Y/n raised up her hand. Donnie glared at her, "I'll take that as a no."

"I'm going to give it to her," he exclaimed getting up, speed walking out the door. Y/n sighed that she couldn't get through her best friend. Y/n and Mikey were trudging behind, hoping to catch April's reaction.

"Do you actually think it's perfect?" She asked the orange clad.

"Honestly?"

"Honestly."

"I find it a bit creepy. Ever since Leo woke up, he's been focusing on April a lot. He keeps trying to be around her and she's getting uncomfortable," he gave his genuine opinion.

"She knows doesn't she?" Y/n's puzzle got solved. It made more sense to her. Michelangelo nodded, confirming her prediction. "That bitch," she muttered under her breath so he couldn't hear, he was way too innocent. Climbing up the steps, she gave a tight smile to the young turtle and opened the door, letting him in first. He immediately jumped behind the couch so he wouldn't seem as though he was intruding, Y/n followed him and crouched behind the couch. She also saw Raphael at the door, slightly peeking in and watching.

April had just seen the music box and she was starting to get creeped out. She knew Donnie had a thing for her, but she couldn't determine her feelings, so she didn't say anything. She thought he would leave her alone, but she accidentally lead him on. She softly grasped the gift. She would've liked it if there wasn't a huge picture of Donnie on it. Giving him a forced smile to not show her discomfort she said to him, "oh, wow, that is just super neat- thanks sooooo much, Donnie." She gave a nervous smile. She closed it, put it down and started walking away.
Y/n glanced at Mikey who was beside her, 'ouch' she mouthed to him. He understood and nodded, looking back at the scene.
"Well, gotta go, to do some...training. ThanksagainDonnie-," she left before Donnie had a say. A frown covered Donatello's face, shoulders slumped, saddened that she didn't like his gift.

Michelangelo got up from his crouching position and leaned over the couch, "I can't even imagine how you're feeling right now."

"Devastated."

Mikey snapped his fingers in slight irritation, "aw, man! I was totally gonna say devestated. I should've just went for it. I gotta learn to trust my instincts," he shook Donatello's shoulders. Donnie grabbed his face, "I mean, that's rough bro." That resulted in Donnie to throw Mikey on the ground, not in the mood to deal with his younger brother. Y/n cringed when Mikey let out a grunt.

"Oh, smooth move genius," Raph's voice filled the room. Y/n stood up, glaring at the red clad.

"Raph come on, cut him some slack. He's going through a heartbreak," she protested. He full on ignored her, making steam come out of her ears.

"It's never gonna happen, Donnie. We're mutants; she's a girl. You're a giant talking turtle," he walked towards his brother.

"Raph-"

"The sooner you get used to it, the better. You know what you need, huh, huh? Buddy, you know what you need," he punched his plasteron multiple times.

"For you to leave," he answered dryly.

"A little force ninja training, ha! Huh, Huh? Sounds like fun, right? Riiiiiight. Ha!" He caught his younger brother in a noogie. Donatello slumped his shoulders even more, letting out a depressing moan.

"Are you sure that's what he needs?" Y/n doubted.

"Psh, of course." She slapped her forehead.

Bigfoot followed Donnie nonstop.

He was getting sick and tired of it. The next time he saw Bigfoot she was wearing makeup and held a pot of soup. Bigfoot interrupted him to show him the soup she made for him. Donatello's eyes widen at the sight of dead squirrels (with the fur) and other stuff he didn't want to know what it was.
"Did you..?" He then looked up, saw the makeup, and a big smile plastered on her face. Bigfoot hoped he liked it. Bigfoot did it all for him after all. Donnie was feeling a whole sense of uneasiness, "wow, woah- um, yeah. Uh...hehe- thank you," was the only thing he could muster.
It brought Bigfoot's hopes high up that Donnie might've actually liked something she's done. The smile that played on her lips, reached her ears, and that caused Donnie to run. "Gotta go! Bye!"
Bigfoot frowned.

It was when Y/n and Raph were playing video games that Donnie crashed in, trying to hide from Bigfoot. "Ugh, this is so uncomfortable. Bigfoot follows me everywhere like a love struck puppy!" Y/n stopped playing at Donnie's words, lowering her controller.

"Now you know how April feels," she said. He wanted to say something to prove her accusation wrong, but then realized it wasn't an accusation. It was a fact. Raph then beat her in the game they were playing.

"Ha!" He exclaimed in victory, blowing a raspberry in her face. She scrunched her face up in disgust, shoving his shoulder. Raphael then looked back at his brother, "not to be harsh, but you've been a love struck puppy to April."

After Bigfoot was finally gone, Y/n caught Donatello at the porch, staring at April, with a destroyed music box in his hand.

"Did Bigfoot and the Finger actually get together?" She asked, leaning against the wood, letting her fingers slide against it gently.

He huffed through his nose in disbelief, "yeah." He then looked up towards the sun. It shone brighter than it usually did on other days. Warmth touching their skin.
"I'm about to apologize. You and Raph might be right."
Y/n gave him a look that said 'bitch please'.
"Okay, okay. You guys are right. I was annoying as Bigfoot. If I could take it back, I would. But, I owe it to Bigfoot, if I hadn't met her, I wouldn't have known how clingy I was. Who knows what kind of stuff I would've wasted my time making," he put down the crushed music box.

"Do I need to brainstorm some?" She teased making Donnie glare at her, then both of them bursting into laughter.

"Wish me luck I guess." He walked towards April.

"You won't need it, you're a charmer," she yelled over him, smiling when he gave a nervous grin.

Raph came through the doors, hugging Y/n from behind, letting his chin rest on her shoulder. "Do you think they'll kiss?" He said slightly disgusted.

"Yep," she let out a popping sound. When they kissed, both of them smiled, proud of what they've accomplished.

"That's my brother," Raph muttered, not letting Y/n hear. She didn't comment, letting her smile do the talking. "Do you think they'll know about us?"

"With this PDA you're showing? Yeah, no doubt."

"I just- I didn't want him to be lead on false hope. You kinda changed that. Not only for Donnie, but for me as well."

"You were kinda harsh on him."

"This was a moment that you ruined."
