Dear Gentle Readers

Since you are too slow I didn't got any motivation to write the chapter.

And what's with this weather all I want to do is sleep all day.

Please try to complete the target on the last chapter.

Happy Reading

This is a small chapter all thanks to you .

The only motivation you'll get to read the next chapter is Madhav will know that she was kidnapped on his birthday.

I try to look at her but the ladies are giving me a hard time. I know better than anyone how much her knowledge of cooking exists.

My birthday cake is the only exception.

" Your mother will help her," Papa says looking at me with a smirk.

" I know. " I say trying to sound unaffected.

" But let me make it clear. Don't anyone dare to complain or point out faults even If it's not too good? Only compliments are acceptable.  " I say in a no-nonsense tone.

" Anything else," Dadosa says with a laugh.

" I am being serious. Cooking is not her strongest point. But a particular skill doesn't define her." I say stopping when I see her coming out with a try in her hand. She serves everyone the Kheer she made.

" Bhaisa won't eat ?" Shivi says earning a death glare from me.

" Why," Meera asks, as confused as me.

" He always keeps it in the refrigerator until it's chilled before eating. Right, Bhaisa. You won't eat or will you." Shivi says teasing me.

" Oh, I will eat. Why don't you go and find where your husband is ?" I ask diverting her attention.

" Stop it." Dadisa scolds as she eats the Kheer.

Meera's entire focus is on her. Observing every single emotion on her face. Her red attire looked stunning on her. She was irritated with all the ornaments before leaving our room, but as soon as she entered the kitchen, it was the last of her concerns. Her entire focus was on the dessert she was making.

" It's delicious. " Dadosa says breaking the silence that made her nervous.

A smile pulls on her lips as everyone follows.

" Madhav." Mumma indicates at the kheer on the table in front of me that I haven't touched.

" I was cooling it down a bit," I say, picking up the spoon.
