" Haye Kisi ki nazar na lag jaye , kitna sunder dikh raha hai Mera pota? " Dadisa says for the fifth time today.

" He isn't as handsome and good-looking as you think Dadisa. Don't praise him to the skies." Shivi says biting the food with more force than needed.
" I can smell something burn," I say waving the imaginary smoke.
" What kind of school is yoursssss that don't even give summer vacation? " Mumma says.
" Mumma don't you like peace in our home," Shivi says getting up from her seat.
" Eat one more chapatti. " Mumma says to her.
" I am full till here." She says touching her neck and leaving. I eat my food and go straight to her room.
Knocking on her door I hear her murmur some remark. So I just pushed the door finding it unlocked.
" Enter only when you are ready to tell me who is the girl. " She says writing down something in her notebook.
" I repeat. There is no girl. " I say sitting on her perfectly made bed.
" Jhoot...... Is it Maya? " She asks the latter with a pause. (Lie)
" No. But what if she is? " I say remembering Meera's doubt regarding her.
" It's highly possible because she has a lot of posts on social media with you. But you won't be good together. " She says. I know she likes Maya just like any random person even when she frequently visits our home. But Shivi hardly likes anyone enough to trust them so I can't blame Maya for that.
" What's the problem with her? She is nice, our entire family love her and has known her since we were kids." I say trying to figure out what she is thinking.
" That's the problem we know she is good. If she Is your girlfriend she will do whatever you say and you need someone who can kick your ass. Not keep up with your bull shit. " She says smacking me with her history book.
" There is no one. " I say.

"Naa," I say giving her the chocolate Bar that brings a big smile to her face.
" This is for keeping your mouth shut," I say.
" What will you give me on Rakhi? " She asks eating a small bite of the bar, giving me some and keeping it aside.
