MICHELLE NARRATES;
"Hey! Hey!! Are you okay?" I woke up at the other side of the river I'd never been before. And he was, Jason staring down at me worriedly. I quickly felt this sharp anger filling my chest. How could he even leave me like that? "You asshole!" I said as I slapped him hard on the chest while I sat upright.

"Ouch! What's that for?" He asked wincing in pain as he stroked his chest to relieve the pain. "You fucking left me when I needed you! Dickhead!!" I cursed while he just knelt beside me looking rather confused.

"What? No I didn't..." He refused. "Are you nuts? They caught me and I looked around for you but you were gone... And then..*remembers what happened* oh my God there was this giant snake! And...and it..it swallowed me! Jesus!!" I stated beginning to freak out.

"Hey hey... it's okay... That was just me..." He said which shook me to the core. "What?? You mean to tell me you turned into that gigantic oversized snake??" I asked in tremendous disbelief.

"No..not really.. but I was mind controlling it. That's my super power.." he said staring down at me. "Wait wait what? I don't understand...so you're what? A mutant too? Why the fuck did you lie to me then??" I asked feeling astonished and simultaneously annoyed.

"Well technically I didn't lie.. I just didn't tell you..." He defended. "Ever heard of lying by omission??? The fuck??" I said looking away while I stroke my head trying to process the information.

"Okay I'm sorry...but I didn't know whether I could trust you or not..." He said looking quite sad with himself. "Oh really? After I came clean to you about everything that's going on with me? That's not fair..." I blurted out turning to him with a face of disappointment.

"I'm sorry.... Really. Actually I was gonna tell you today... Until your little obsessive friends showed up..." He teased. "Oh fuck you." I cursed as we both ended up laughing hysterically for a moment.

"So wait...what else can you do? Aside puppeteering terrifyingly giant snakes?" I asked eager to learn more about his abilities. "Well...I can control any kind of animal that I want... except humans... And I can sorta shape shift into one if I want to... But I prefer controlling them instead. It's so weird having to feel the way they do and think the way they think." He answered.

"Woah that's so cool! Probably the coolest ability I've ever come acrossed..." I said as he just rolled his eyes. "Oh such sheer adulations!" He blowed me off in a sarcastic tone. "Oh I'm being serious..." I said. "You mean to tell me my powers are way cooler than the guy that erupts literal lava from his system? And not that alone, can emit excessively dangerous radiations and also manipulate gravity? Girl..." He said twitching his eyes in a skeptic way.

"Well... He's one of the exceptionals. His dura keeps on evolving... It's so sad what happened to him..." I said looking down at my feet in sadness.

"What happened?" He asked in inquisition as we trotted away seeking shelter. "Can we not talk about it? I don't feel like it..." I brushed it away as he just nodded in complete concurrence since he didn't want to upset me.

"So by special ones you mean?" He asked refusing to drop the entire topic. The fleeting time I've known him, I've realized he's super curious about things and would give everything just to know what he wants to know. I know better than to avoid his questions because they'll just pop up again sooner or later.

"Well for all I know, there's about five of us now... But there are more though.. Me,Carex,Issa,Riyah and Bella. The five most powerful known mutants in records right now. There might be others, but right now, we are the only ones I'm aware of." I answered.

"But you mentioned earlier that only three of you are needed to rebirth the scourgedura right?" He asked. "Yes... You can't use a possessor... Likelihood of Bella and Riyah. You can only use Meera, Jeera and Zeera Duras... Which is known to be possessed by Rylie Issa and me. Right now, I'm the only one who still has mine" I said beginning to feel anxious.
