Chapter 79: Found Vridhi 👮🏻‍♂️🚨

Recap: Vridhi was kidnapped by Shaurya. Arjun remembered placing a chip inside her watch and decided to follow the chip's location.

Arjun and Darshan followed the location of the gps chip, which they believed to be Vridhi's location. They weren't a hundred percent sure as it could be her lost watch or stolen watch or something else but they decided to try searching for it once, trusting their instinct.

Darshan sped past every signal breaking all traffic norms not caring about anything, other than Vridhi's wellbeing. After half an hour of searching, they finally reached a worn out building. Even before Darshan could stop the car, Arjun exited the car and ran towards the building.

But Arjun was long gone. Darshan shook his head and quickly went inside the building after loading his gun. He carefully tiptoed towards the door and tried to break it but it was already unlocked.

Something felt very wrong for him as the inside of the building is way too open, without much places to hide. There were no goons situated outside the building and it was way too silent. Even the door is also unlocked. Sensing it could be a possible trap, Darshan quickly sprinted inside in search of Arjun.

On seeing Arjun climbing the second floor, he quickly raced on the stairs reaching beside him to protect him if something happened. As Arjun had already checked both the lower floors, they both reach inside the second floor, but the floor was covered in cement and dust.

Arjun stepped on the second floor only to get his footprint on the floor. Darshan quickly stopped him.

As Arjun also felt the same, he agreed. They both reached the third floor of the building. As one of the doors leads to the terrace, they opened another door only to get shocked on seeing the room's condition.

The room is literally upside down with many collapsed things. Rope, rug, plastic, chemical bottles, tablets, injection and many more things are littered in the floor. But there is no one present.

Arjun quickly searched through the room and found Vridhi's water bottle and school bag behind two huge tanks. He took them and hugged it tightly to his chest screaming in utmost pain. His heart squeezed on seeing all the equipment and chemical bottles there, not knowing in what condition Vridhi will be now.

Darshan burned in rage on seeing all those too but he quickly searches the room for some clues controlling his emotions. He captured some photos of the place and the medicines there. One is chloroform but he wasn't sure about others. He quickly googled about the chemicals and tablets to find more about it. While it was loading due to the low network signal, he tried searching for some other clue but found none.

Darshan quickly went to the terrace beside the room to get some signal and found out that the injecting medicines are a different kind of anaesthesia. They are used to lose the ability of movement while still being conscious. They won't be fully conscious, but in a daze still aware of the surroundings.

His heart ached as he couldn't think how the poor soul will undergo this kind of emotion. She must have felt terrified and helpless. She couldn't scream or cry, just silently suffer in confusion and fear.
