Sana looked at him confused, raising her eyebrows questioningly. Her heartbeats thudded so fast as it dreaded something that Sana wasn't aware of but her heart knows deep down.

Sana remained silent.

Sana: Vri.. Vridhi dhaane namma ko..kolandhai. Enna pesuringa neenga ?

Arjun told with tears running down his cheeks while Sana looked at him blankly.

She started off as intimidating him but ended off begging him while tears rolled down her cheeks too. Arjun wiped her tears gently as it squeezed his heart. He controlled his emotions and decided to lie to her for now to safeguard her feelings after seeing her becoming emotional.

He moved Sana away from him and tried to stand up. But Sana pulled him back fisting his shirt collar.

She yelled at him with angry tears in her eyes while gripping his collar more tightly.

Sana: Chumma enakaga sollathe Arjuneyy ! Please ... Please Arjun. Please... Naa kenju kekuren unmaiya mattum sollu da enkitta.

She yelled but then ended up begging again with tears filled eyes. Arjun hugged her silently without saying anything as he didn't know what to answer her. He doesn't agree or deny her. But his tight hold and his silence is enough to confirm the truth for Sana.

He caressed her head while pecking a deep kiss on her forehead. Sana's hold on his collar slowly loosened up as she sobbed in his embrace. Just his embrace alone is enough for her to break down completely.

He tried to console her but got rewarded with a slap from Sana as a reply. He kept silent as he deserved it for losing their child but he was unaware that the real reason for the slap was a different one entirely.
