Chapter Twenty Five - present
"If you are ever in trouble, don't hesitate to call me. I will be there in a heartbeat, no matter what. You have always been my first priority. I don't care how far I am from you, have been like a daughter to me, that I never knew that I needed"
Watching my sister fall into my arms, after her panic attack, was like relief. But then, having to watch her throw up everything in her body, was worrying. I knew she hadn't eaten much, as I had texted Bailey and Silas on our group chat to check in, after I had crossed paths with Rocky, after he had just had a run in with Gigi.
I knew, that after that, and from what I had heard and been discussing with Ryder and Logan when they had found her at the gas station, panicking from holding Rocky and Aria's son, that something wasn't right. Something was going on with my Gigi, and Rocky was reminding her of all of that. He was making things worse for all of us, but especially Gigi.
They had been disputing all day, so this had been building up. I had personally, with the addition of my girlfriend, Summer, being trying to keep them apart after the clear action of Gigi stepping away from Rocky when he put a hand on her shoulder. Hence why I had come in to check on her, and make sure that she was still eating.
I had seen it, as had the rest of us, how little she had eaten on the drive here, especially when we all came together, and Aria pretty much took her food and ate it, before ordering more, because in her words 'Genevieve's food was not enough for her if she was to have another child soon'. Like fast food would help with that.
So, here I was, helping my little sister get dressed after her panic attack, before walking her out, and towards the couch. I didn't want her alone in her bedroom, and she definietly did not want to be left alone. "Hey so I got in contact with Summer, and she has down to get some extra blankets and some snacks for you guys" Silas was rambling, and I knew that Gigi being in this way, was worrying him, just as much as it was me.
"I'm going to take her up to my room, to spend the night, so that you guys can get some rest. Bailey, call me if anything happens, especially with Silas' arm" Silas was in a bad condition, but his immediate distress and need to help his sister, meant he was putting himself on the back burner just like our sister was doing.
"But I don't want to bother you" a small voice murmured, and I looked down to my little sister, who was fighting falling asleep standing up, as she rested her entire weight on me, which was like holding a piece of paper in two fingers. She was light, and it was worrying me the more she stood here, minuets away from collapsing to the ground and passing out.
It was only early in the night, being around 7pm, so I was worried. "You aren't" I had specifically asked for a second bed in my room, just in case Gigi had wanted some space away from Bailey and Silas, which I knew she never would have said so, and she would have gone to Ryder and Logan first, maybe even Parker before me, but I had still wanted to.
