Being with a person who values you for you and everything you come with is always everyone's dream but for some people it could be hard . Being loved the correct way is scary for someone who's never experienced that before , after countless times of suffering and crying and begging to be loved genuinely when all you do is give genuine love could create an anxious feeling when it's happening the correct way .
Y/n was used to being the lover but not the loved . When seungmin came along she knew she'd met a great person , falling in love with him and his personality was easy and that scared her so much . She wondered why he was so easy to love and it confused , scared and made her anxious the closer they got .
When she made a mistake he was there to let her know it was okay , when she had bad days he was there to make them better , when she needed help with anything no matter what the issue was he was always there . He told her she was pretty when she didn't feel like it , he told her she was worth more in the world than she'd ever understand and for the first time she was starting to believe it , she was starting to believe that the love she had been longing for was meant for her and that it was okay to experience it even after everything she'd been through .
She'd started to realize he was so easy to love because it was so easy for him to love her . He was patient with her in everything , never pressured her into anything and always asked for permission to engage in anything involving her and her boundaries . He felt like loving her was as easy as the sun coming up every morning and going down every night .
He knew she'd deserved this . She deserved the love she'd always given to everyone else and even more .
The sun was starting to come up making the view outside of their window something out of a movie . The birds , the trees, the city all started their good mornings and ended their goodnights .
She had no work today so no alarm was needed but she still woke up at this time as her body was used to it . The moment her eyes opened she blinked a few times waiting for them to adjust , her puppy was very excited to see her awake as she was attacked with kisses making her smile . "Goodmorning baby" she spoke out as she sat up to get out of the bed .
The smell of breakfast made its way through the apartment as she walked through the halls carrying the dog in her arms . Once she'd made it to the kitchen the lights were off but the sun beaming through was enough . Seungmin was standing at the counter with his back to her humming quietly .
She smiled and put the dog down before walking up to him and wrapping her arms around his body . She placed a few kisses down his spine and he smiled before turning around . "Goodmorning beautiful" he said and she buried her face in his chest giving that skin a few more kisses as he pulled back her bonnet a bit and pressed a kiss to her forehead .
"I love you" he said and she'd heard these words about a million times now but a while back she'd started to feel them . She felt the gentle warmth and genuine meaningfulness of those 3 words coming from him and only him . "I love you too" she mumbled and he smiled rubbing her back and rocking from side to side in each other's embrace .
