Smart people in society usually agree that friendships with benefits are crazy , stupid and risky .. dumb people in society find that out the hard way .
Y/n and Jaemin have been friends since high school , back then wherever you saw one of them the other wasn't too far behind . They were this way in college as well , sure they had more additions to their friend group but they were the duo .. everyone knew that but not everyone liked that .
They started sleeping with each other their freshman year of college and both came to the agreement that they wouldn't allow it to ruin their friendship . At that moment credits rolled beside them because it already had .
The both of them started to get jealous over things the other said or did , who the other was with when they weren't with them and all in all it started to become so toxic between them that even their other friends started to notice .
About 5 months ago jaemin met a girl , one y/n knew well as she had lots of classes with her since she'd started college . Her name was lena , lena was known as the diva of the computer science department . She was usually mean to everyone even her friends , came to class only when she wanted to and when she did she made it hell for everyone there .. especially y/n .
She'd had her eyes on jaemin for a while but whenever she'd try to get his attention he was always worried about y/n .. she was a fly on the wall really because before a few months ago he paid her absolutely no mind . Now she's all he talks about .. he can't hang out with friends anymore because he's always with her .
Jaemin knew y/n didn't like lena but he didn't know why , well actually y/n tried telling him why one night after they'd had sex and were sitting on the balcony of her apartment smoking together . "I just really don't think she's that kind of person y/n" he said with his eyebrows furrowed and an expression he only makes when she knew he was genuinely getting angry . "Right , i'll let you figure it out yourself then" she said and he scowled again . "What's that supposed to mean?" he asked and y/n just blew the smoke out into the air . "Go home jaemin" she said and it made her chest sting a bit because yes she did tell him to leave but he did it without a word or a hint of hesitation .
