Episode 8: Names and Relations

Izuku Pov:

After a few days' break from school. We recovered from our injuries. And it was time to get back into it.

I had started training with Wally and Melissa. Working on improving my danger sense. But it's very strange. Having another feeling in my head. But I'm slowly starting to get used to it.

Wally said things were about to get pretty hectic soon. And with us finishing the Sports Festival. My best guess is our internships will be starting soon. But I have no idea who I'll be choosing.

First, I have to see who offered me, but I've been pretty popular even after dropping out.

Even now, on the way to school, I get crowded on the train and people ask for pictures with me or my autograph.

While walking through the rain, Iida suddenly passes by me.

"Hurry, Midoriya. Or we'll be late."

"Iida we have plenty of time?" Still, I rush behind him. After we get inside, I look him over. And he seems to be perfectly normal. Even after everything that happened to his brother. Still...

"Iida. Flash told me about what happened to your brother. Are you really ok?" Thanks to Wally stopping his injuries from getting worse. He was able to retain feeling in his legs. But he'll never be the same. Even running without his quirk will be a challenge. His hero days are over.

He pauses for a moment. He looks at me with a fake smile, but after seeing the seriousness on my face. Drops it for a more genuine, somber look.

"I will be. Thank you for worrying. Though I don't mean to trouble you."

"It's what friends do, right?" I say while smiling at him. "If you need anything. Let me know. Now, I'd say it's time to get to class."

After we got to 1A. Everyone was talking about their incidents of fame after the festival. Kirishima and Mina seemed pretty excited. And Hagakure said people were staring at her in the streets. To which Ojiro and I chuckled.

Sero was of course bummed out with everyone telling him nice try so much. Even elementary kids.

Uraraka walked in hurriedly and made her way to my desk.

"Deku, so many people were stopping me and telling me I did great. It was so exciting. You were right. I did put my name out there. I can only imagine how it was for you."

She's so bubbly and cute. I take a deep breath, but my cheeks heat up a bit preemptively.

"That's great. O-Ochako." Her face immediately brightens up red. But she's also smiling so dorky, which I can say because I'm doing the same.

"Ochako?" Mina says while leaning over. "Is that a first-name basis I just heard?" Thankfully, before she can continue or anyone else hears, Aizawa Sensei shambles into class.

"Sensei. You don't value your bandages anymore kero." Asui says. To which Aizawa grumbles back in response.

"That damn nurse went overboard if you ask me. But we have bigger things to focus on. Things are about to get serious."

Aizawa presses a button on the board in front of the class and a bunch of our names pop up.

"These are the offers that were extended for you after the sports festival. Offers for your internships."

On the screen we can see Kacchan has 3927. Todoroki has 3892. And surprisingly I have 2628. Then the next highest was Tokoyami with 360.

Iida had 301 and Ochaco had 20.
