The rain was relentless, pelting down in sheets like nature was mourning something unseen. Mingyu's shoes splashed across the waterlogged pavement, breath ragged as he carried her through the main entrance.

His arms trembled not from her weight, but from the terror rooting itself deep inside his chest.

"Help! I need help!" he shouted, bursting through the glass doors. "She's bleeding....she's not responding please, someone-!"

The nurse shot up from her station, eyes locking onto the scene. Y/n's pale and soaked, was barely conscious. Her body was shivering violently, open cuts lacing her arms, and dried blood coated parts of her gown and neck.

"Get a trauma team! Now!" the nurse barked, hitting the code blue alarm. "Sir, what happened?"

"I found her in the street," Mingyu choked, voice cracking, shirt stained in blood.

"She was screaming… then she just collapsed. She was hallucinating , saying things… trying to hurt herself..I didn't know what else to do..she's my friend's sister-I just…"

"It's okay, sir, you've done the right thing. Please stay with me. What's her name?"

"Y/n! Kim Y/n! Please save her!"

Two orderlies rushed forward with a gurney. Mingyu gently laid her down, her head lolling sideways, her skin was damp with rain, lips dry and cracked.

"Get a crash cart ready," one nurse ordered. "Blood pressure is crashing. Pulse highly irregular. She's going into hypotensive shock."

"Possible drug overdose?" another called out. "Or withdrawal?"

"She needs central access. Start with a sixteen gauge IV."

"Get lactated Ringer’s solution and draw blood for complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, and tox screen. Full panel!"

Y/n twitched violently as a needle entered her vein, her eyes fluttering open briefly.

"N-no-" she rasped, voice hoarse. "D-don't touch me- she's still there..she's gonna....she's gonna find me-"

"She's not lucid, hallucinatory behavior. Could be amphetamine psychosis or benzodiazepine withdrawal, possibly both."

"Let's intubate if she becomes unresponsive. Prepare Midazolam and Haloperidol keep it minimal dose, we don't know her blood concentrations yet."
