Me: How is it fair that I have to go hand to hand with all of you?

Kara: It's training. You'll be fine. 

Alex: It's not like you are going to go against all of us at the same time. I'm not even getting a turn.

Me: Why? You are amazing with hand to hand. 

Alex: Usually I would, but we are not in the power damping room. 

Kara: There is a higher possibility for her getting hurt. 

Maggie: And we wouldn't want that would we? 

Alex turns at the sound of her girlfriend's voice. A smile immediately spreading across her face. 

Alex: Hey. What's got you here?

Maggie: Oh I wasn't going to miss this. I want to see goddesses train. *She uses quotes for goddesses*

Kara: Well Diana is actually a goddess right? Daughter of Zeus?

Diana: I don't claim him. I have actually never met the man. 

Alex: Did you have contact to the Olympian world? Or do you?

Diana: Of course. I talk to my aunts, uncles, siblings, and other family members all of the time. I just talked to my moms the other day.

Me: Moms? 

Diana looks at me and smiles. 

Diana: Yeah, moms. Hera and Phoenix. 

Kara: Phoenix?! Like goddess of everything to do with magic and powers Phoenix? She's your mother? 

Diana: One of them, yes. 

Kara: Rao may I meet them? Oh Rao please let me meet them. 

I laugh at Kara's eagerness. We have heard many stories of the Greek gods and goddesses. Their triumphs and lesser. Their wars and their parties. I've always known there was a strong possibility that they were real. When I met Diana, it wasn't just a possibility anymore. I knew of her origin. So it was only a matter of time that we would meet them. That is if she still had contact with them. Diana laughs and eagerly agrees. She closes her eyes. I don't know how she is going to call out to them, but I stay quiet. 

Maggie: So what are you the goddess of?

Diana pauses.

Diana: I am not a goddess, I am a demi-goddess. Like my cousin Herakles. 

Me: Are you close with your family?

Diana turns to me with a smile that has a hint of sadness to it. 

Diana: Yes. They are the most important people in my life. I would lay down my life to defend my family. 

I nod and let her resume. I feel the same about the women standing here. Not to long after A couple of people show up. Diana smiles at the small gathering. 

Diana: Guys, this is Hera, Hades, Poseidon, and Persephone. My mom, uncles, and aunt. Family, this is.... *She stops talking at the sight of someone missing* Wait, where's mom? 

I look at the group of Greeks. Their faces grim. Their clothes burned and some torn. They look exhausted, like they just fought. 

Hera: Diana my love, your mother is with Gaia. 

Diana goes still.

Diana: What happened?

Persephone: Zeus attacked your mother's mates. She absorbed a mass amount of power to save them, to save us. 

Diana: Uncle Hades? *Diana starts tearing up* What does this mean? How do we get her back?

Hades: My darling, I don't have an answer for you. 

I walk to Diana and pull her toward me. She turns and embraces me. 

Me: What does this mean? Who is Gaia? 

Kara: I'm sorry, but could someone explain what is going on?

Poseidon: Gaia is the earth personified. She is life itself. 

Me: I am still confused. 

Persephone: Gaia is on another plane of existence. One we can not get to. 

Kara: What is stopping them from coming back here?

Hades: To put it plainly, they have to much power to be on Earth safely. 

Diana: So I will never see her again?

Poseidon looks at Diana with intent. 

Poseidon: We will get my sister back. I will get her back, even if it kills me. 

Hades puts a hand on his shoulder. 

Hades: We will. 

Maggie: We have to be missing a part of the puzzle still. 

Alex: Yes, it is bad that she is gone, but why did Zeus attack her mates? 

Persephone: Zeus was the king of our lands, but Phoenix has challenged his throne. There has been a war that has been going on for a while now. But now that she is gone, they are going to ravage our lands. We have the numbers, but they almost match us. 

Hera: Where they lack in numbers the gain in strength and power. We need to get her back. But until then my daughter, we need your help. *She turns to us* And If your earth family would be willing, we would greatly appreciate their help too. 

Diana: I can not speak for them, but I will help in any way I can. 

Kara looks at Alex, Maggie, and I. 

Kara: I'm in. 

I don't want to be a hinderance on the battle field. I don't have full control... 

Diana: You have controlled yourself on multiple occasions. We can still train. But if you don't feel comfortable, I would rather you stay here. 

I think it over for a second. Control or not, I am not letting Diana go up against anything or anyone alone. 

Me: And let you get all the action? I think not. *I smirk at her, bringing a small smile to her lips*

Persephone: I like this one. 

Alex: Maggie and I can help. But We might be more useful down here. I can call Lena and we can start some research on how to get Phoenix back. 

Kara: No, I've got it. I need to tell her of my decision anyway. 

I walk to my sister and we connect heads. 

Kara: Give me thirty. I will be back. 

Me: fly safe, meet back here when you are done ok?

Kara: Love you.

Me: Love you.  

Hades: You care for that one deeply. *He turns his attention towards me*

Me: She is my sister. I would die for her. 

Poseidon: And my niece? 

My face heats up and Diana laughs a bit, turning her head. 

Diana: Uncle. *She says in a warning tone*

Persephone: Leave them be. In thirty minutes we will be leaving. 

I turn to her shocked.

Me: You could understand us?

Persephone: *She smiles* Yes. Do you think we only have access to Earth? Krypton was an amazing planet. I am sorry for your loss. 

I bow my head a bit in thanks. What felt like minutes later, Kara is back. 

Me: Ok, what now? 

Hera: Now.... We go home. 

AN* Um.... heeyyyyy....heeyyyyy.... Yall! Tell me how you like this one! If yall like the cross over the next couple of chapters will be in The Olympian until Phoenix comes back.
