"ISAGI-YOICHI!!!"
A scream shattered the stillness-
Bachira.
Like a rabid golden retriever possessed by pure serotonin, he launched himself through the air-
"YOICHI YOU MADMANNN-!!"
THUMP!!
He crashed right onto Isagi's back, arms locking tight around his shoulders like a hyperactive koala.
"THAT WAS FREAKIN' CRAZYYYY!! I LOVE YOUUU!!"
Isagi nearly folded in half, stumbling from the weight-"GAH-Bachira-get off-!"
Too late.
Nagi was next.
With a lazy grin and glimmering silver hair flopping in his face, he shuffled toward them like a very slow hurricane.
"That was sick," he muttered in his usual chill tone-before casually trying to scoop Isagi into a full-body hug.
Except-
Bachira was still attached.
"Wait-Nagi-don't-!"
CRASH.
All three of them went DOWN.
Straight into the grass in a tangled, sweaty, screaming heap.
Bachira was laughing like a lunatic.
Nagi blinked, completely unfazed, lying on top of them like a sleepy cat.
Isagi, sandwiched in the middle, flailed an arm out of the pile. "I CAN'T BREATHE-!!"
The commentator's voice erupted with pride and adrenaline:
"UN-BE-LIEVABLE!!
Isagi Yoichi turns the tide in the final seconds-
A direct shot-clean, precise, unstoppable!!
HE'S DONE IT!!
HE'S CHANGED EVERYTHING!!"
"Final score-4 to 5!!
Blue Lock's young warriors have made history!!"
Then-
BOOM.
The rest of Blue Lock swarmed.
Shoes thundered across the grass. Screams echoed from every direction.
Chigiri was the first to reach the pile, yelling, "YOU DID IT, ISAGI!!"
He dove in.
Gagamaru and Kurona weren't far behind.
Aryu arrived like he was walking a runway, only to get tackled by Raichi mid-shout.
Tokimitsu was crying. Full-on tears. "We... we won? W-we really won?! I'm so proud of all of us-!"
Raichi threw both fists in the air like a lunatic. "HELL YEAH, BLUE LOCK!! SHOVE THAT DOWN THEIR THROATS!!"
In the middle of all the chaos, Reo Mikage stood frozen for a split second-eyes wide, lips parted, like he was trying to mentally process what just happened.
