That Bastard...
Chapter 2
Dain’s life full of hell started.
At the shower room,
“What the…” the water suddenly stopped. Dain walked out half naked with some soap bubbles at his body. He went to the maid’s quarter to get some help but at the ground floor Rick stood at the maid’s quarter door.
“Don’t ask what happen…it automatically shut down…there’s a fifteen-minute limitation of water usage in this house.” Rick grimace. It was a lie.
“Argh…you should have said it earlier…and maybe it can be reverse or something…I’m not done yet in bathing…” Dain was stressed.
“No…and it’s your problem…” Rick walked out and went to their garage and started the engine of his car.
“Argh…bastard…”

Dain dropped by to his previous step-brother’s apartment, the third husband’s son of Sharona.
“Sorry, bro, I went by just to finish my bathing…” Dain was apologetic.
“No worries…bro…what are brother’s for…” George said. He was twenty years old, a freelancer at Dain’s company working with website detailing, and college student in Statefield University. They spent twenty years as brothers so Dain treated him as his real brother but George felt different way. Dain walk off the bathroom covered only with towel. George looked at Dain’s bare chest lustfully. He started to imagine some nose-bleeding thing for his brother but seriously he secretly loved him.
“Is something wrong…” Dain asked upon noticing his former step brother’s stare at him. “Ah…eh…well I just happen to remember something…heheh…” George blushed.
“Hey, you can stay at my place if your current situation with your step brother isn’t good…I’ll bet Christina and Sheila would be happy too…” He added. Christina was fifteen years old, a love child of George’s father from another woman when he was still Sharona’s husband. Meanwhile Sheila was ten years old. She was another love child, born right after Sharona’s divorce to George’s father because of his constant screwing up with other women ten years ago. Even in that situation, Dain grow closer to the two girls and treated them as his real sisters.
“Thanks G…how are they anyway?” Dain asked about his former step sisters.
“They’re staying at my place because dad is in a cruise with his new girlfriend…”George replied.
“Oh, so uncle find another partner again…by the way thank you for the offer…I’ll probably stay here but not now…I guess I’ll just stay at my new step father’s place for about a week then I’ll move here.” Dain smiled. George was so happy to see his former step brother’s smile and ended up hugging him.
“Hey you’re not a child anymore!”
“Hmmm…just miss my bro…” George show a puppy look and Dain gave in.

At the office,
“Hey, Dain, it’s already 8, aren’t you going home yet?” Mr. Keth said, the manager.
