The Evil Queens Daughter

Chapter 2

I heard a knock at the front door and I got up to answer it in my shorts and hoodie. It was Hook. I looked at him making sure it wasn't a dream but it wasn't. I flew towards him and hugged him and he hugged me too, thankfully not as tightly or I would have had a hook in my back.
" Summer, your alive, " he looked at me and I nodded, " Have you still got the dagger? " I grinned and ran to go get it, brought it back and showed him. He smiled at the sight of the old dagger. Regina came down at looked at the dagger and Hook, she shot him some sort of angry glade, and suddenly he grabbed it out of my hands and chuckled nervously " Erm you shouldn't play with knives lass, " He stuck it in his belt and and looked down at me and I just went along with it.
" Oh yeah um sorry, " I said containing my grin.
" Can I do something for you Captain Guyliner, " She said and that made me giggle. Captain Guyliner? Seriously? He let someone call him that?
" I was just wondering if the lass would like to come on me ship with Henry? "
I grinned and looked to Regina who nodded. I grabbed a bag and flew out the door with Henry. I looked at the beautiful ship which had been my home for 13 years. I smiled and couldn't believe it was here right in front of me. I felt some tears trickle down my cheek. Henry looked at me.
" Are you ok, " he asked and Hook.
" We knew each other back in our world, I raised her on me ship and then I lost her, I guess it brings back memories, " And he was right it did. I sucked up my breath and wiped my eyes and tears away and regained myself composure.
" Are we just gonna stand here or are we gonna sail ? " They grinned at me and we boarded the ship. " You better not get drunk, we don't have the crew to sail this ship, " I said and Hook tapped a door and turned to me.
" that's not entirely true, " And out came Mr Smee. I smiled and so did he. My family is finally coming back together again. I was trying not to crumble, and I succeeded. I stood starboard of the ship looking out at the sea. I stood back and helped sailing and climbed to the crows nest to look out and guide the ship. I had my telescope in hand and I saw something in the water. I yelled down " Hook there's something in the water Port side! " He looked over and I got out my telescope and looked through it.  It seemed like a couple of planks of wood and a piece of cloth for a sail and a box on it. As soon as we got close enough we tried to rope it on. We couldn't get it so I offered to jump in and get it but Hook refused. I guess he was thinking I would get lost at sea again. We eventually got it on the ship and opened the box. Inside was a variety of things. Something that caught my eye was a metal cube nothing interesting but it had a gem on it which was in a kite shape. On the corners there was engravings of spirals and flowers. I stuck it in my back pack and then started to head home. I walked through the door tired and hungry but I was glad to have spent the day at sea. We had dinner and I went to my bedroom after saying goodnight. I took out the metal cube and observed it. The crystal had been changing colours green, purple and white. I put it in my bedside drawer and got into some pyjamas and slept.

Dream

I was in a dark space and was freaking out when a woman with long red hair came to light.
" Hello there, hey don't be frightened, " she soothed and I took deep breaths calming down not wanting to expose any weakness.
" Who are you? " She smiled. She looked like Mum.
" I'm your aunt Zelena, " She said smiling. I just chuckled.
" I think everyone is pretty much related in a way, " She chuckled too, " So yeah I guess you could be my aunt. "
We talked for a while and she told me that she had done some horrible things and wanted to make amends. I was intrigued to hear about Mum when I didn't know her and she seemed awesome.
" So will you help me? I just want to say I'm sorry, " I smiled and nodded, " It's probably best not to tell your mum, she won't understand just now, " She started taking steps back. I started to black out.

Reality

I woke up and stretched. I got dressed into jeans and a shirt. I got up and made a surprise breakfast of waffles. Henry consumed his with his hot chocolate and cinnamon, obviously, and Mum ate hers with apple juice. I cleared up and washed the dishes.
" Thanks Summer, " Henry said with a grin and I smiled back.
" I'm gonna go and meet my friends I'll see you later, " I left for the park and everyone was there. I sat on with the swings and Pocahontas was beside me Bambi was resting on a rock and Nala and Simba snuggled at the bottom of the slide. " So have you guys found any of your family? "
" Well my dad is dead but my mum was running a clothes shop just down the street from Grannies, " He said.
" Both my parents are dead, " Nala said glumly and Simba gave her a tight hug.
" Well I asked around and it turns out I have a cousin back in the Enchanted forest called Mulan, " Pocahontas said swinging slightly.
" I'm the same as Nala, " Bambi shrugged. He never was one for emotional talks. Everyone knew about my family how technically we were just about all related.
Me and Bambi left Nala, Simba and Pocahontas and went to go get lunch at Grannies. I got fries and a burger with a milkshake and Bambi got the same. I tried to pay but Bambi, being the gentlemen he is, payed. We were walking along the street just talking. We arrived at my house.
" Well I guess it's time to say goodbye, " he said turning away.
I gave him a kiss on the cheek and rushed inside. I looked out the window to see him standing there his hand on his cheek, but then eventually he walked away. I helped with dinner this time as I was starting to remember where things were. We ate and I went to bed to see my aunt again. Time to find a way so that she can have a second chance.
