Mum explained that we were going to go talk to someone who would be able to tell us who killed Merlin. Snow hadn't like the idea, she wanted to find another way. But this was the fastest way to find the murderer of Merlin, and so Mum, Dad and I have taken the liberty of going to talk to them and Henry is going to keep an eye out back home.
" How are you feeling? " Dad asked me. I looked to him.
" Pretty awful, the darkest soul is residing inside of me. So yeah, I'm not feeling brilliant, " I shrugged. He looked to the floor.
" I wish I could've done more to stop this, " he scolded himself. I smiled weakly and held his hook.
" Be my Dad, that's all I want you to do. Don't give up on me, " I told him. He smiled at me and I smiled back. Mum caught up with us.
" The seer should just be up ahead, " she warned us. Dad drew his sword and I formed a fireball in my hand along with Mum. We weren't taking any chances when talking to the seer, she was known to be unpredictable and lash out. We saw her hut that she lived in.
" Let me go first, what's the worse she can do? " I said with a confident grin. I'd rather take the risk, because nothing can kill me except the dagger which is securely at my waist. I took tentative steps forward. I knocked on the door. I heard scuttling from inside the wooden hut. I opened the door and it was dark, straw was scattered on the floor. A saw a pair of glowing eyes. The owner of the eyes leaped like an animal. Their hands wrapped around my throat and she tried to strangle me. I kicked her off.
" Summer! Don't! " I had been confused by Mum saying 'don't' but I realised I was holding a fireball. It came so naturally now, I just had to be attacked and then my dark instincts will kick in. I extinguished the ball of flames. She smiled at me, proud that I put goodness first. The seer leapt to her feet.
" Move and your dead, " I warned her. She looked from each person in the group then eased up. She pushed her hair back from her face.
" Who has the burden on the Dark One? " she asked but I thought it was rather obvious. I mean I nearly through fire at her for goodness sakes! I stepped forward.
" That'd be me, " I told her. She smirked at me. What was that in her smirk? Amusement?
" The child, you lost her, " she said simply and left. Child? What child? Oh...my...God...How could I forget Zoey?! I began searching for her with magic. I located her and teleported there. I saw a couple of peasant, looking at her in disgust.
" How much you think she'd sell for? " the man asked the other man. He shrugged. I marched forward and flung them backwards.
" How dare you! You better have kept her in the best conditions or else! " I threatened. They looked at each other then me.
" Or what?  " The other man asked defiantly. I reached into his chest, locating the heart. I found it, tightened my grip, and pulled hard. The heart was out of his chest and he was yelling out in agony as I crushed it into dust.
" That's what, " I sneered. The man left alive scampered away as I turned to the crying Zoey. I lifted her into my arms as she began to cry. I tried calming her down but nothing worked, and there was no way I was using magic on her. Mum and Dad finally found me and Zoey. Mum smiled.
" Hey baby girl, " she cooed at Zoey. Mum picked her up from my arms and Zoey stopped her crying. I raised an eyebrow.
" How'd you do that? " I asked her. She shrugged. I took her back and she began to cry and squirm. Mum took hold of the child again, and it stopped the crying.
" I'm sure it's nothing, " Dad assured. I shook my head.
" She saw me kill, that's the problem, " I said with a raised head, " She's scared of me, "
