Chapter 12

" Is this some sort of sick joke, " I heard my mothers voice as she looked into the mirror.
" No mum its me, " I said dodging a branch.
" No...Zelena killed you, " she looked like she was about to start crying.
" Please listen, I'm in Wonderland and somehow Cora is alive, " I turned to look and make sure I wasn't being followed by her or her goons.
" My mother and daughter are dead! It haunts me every night, " she scoffed and then it fell to a whisper.
" If I was a trick, " I started, " Would I have this? " I showed her the photo of her, me, dad and Henry, I was able to get it back from Cora. She exhaled sharply as she looked at the picture.
" Oh my god your alive! " she said and I think she hugged the mirror because all I could see was her coat for a moment, " I couldn't go to your funeral, I locked myself in my room. "
" Well I'm offended, " I joked and she smiled, " I need a magic bean or something like that to get out of here, " I said my face now serious.
" We'll get on it right away, if I have a cutting or a leaf of a bean plant I can grow them quickly with magic, " her face was also serious, " is Cora really alive? "
I nodded. I slowed down a little confident I put good distance between us.
" I escaped her castle, " I said, " She's the reason I grew up without you. Once you doubted dad and you couldn't raise me on my own, she took that opportunity to separate us. " By this point tears were falling down my face.
" I know I told you of the bad times but it was because she didn't have her heart, " she looked to the floor, " I think she has changed, " she looked up to me and I scoffed.
" She hasn't changed a bit, vines took a hold of me and she locked me in a room. She let a child grow up motherless. Twice! She's not changed at all! " I didn't realise how angry I was.
" I'm gonna find a way to bring you home, I promise, " she said and her image faded out. I tied up the horse to a tree and let it eat the grass and I closed my eyes to sleep. I cocooned myself in my cloak for warmth.
It was early morning, the clouds outlined by the rising sun. I got up and knew I had to keep moving. Cora will be onto me any minute. I climbed onto the horse and started riding. I was still tired but the cold soon woke me up. I couldn't even see the castle anymore. I found myself by a mountain so I went to my mirror.
" Mum? Are you there? " I asked and she picked up.
" We're just coming to get you, Me, Snow, Charming and captain guyliner are coming to get you. " I smiled.
" You can call him Hook you know, " she she just shook her head, " Ok well I'm at the mountain cave, do you know it? " I showed her my surroundings.
" Yeah I know that place, we'll be there in ten minutes," I nodded and started to get comfortable. I looked around and rabbits were frolicking in the bushes. I let out a big breath and rested against the rocks of the mountain. I had sent the horse back to the stables. That's when Cora appeared and I raised my sword.
" Don't come any closer, " I demanded. Cora stood there her hands clasping one and other.
" Please don't do this, " she pleaded and I felt a moment of weakness but I recovered. That's when I heard the familiar click clack of heels and turned. I ran towards mum and dad. Snow sat there staring at Cora.
" But, your dead! " she said in shock. I saw the hate in Cora's eyes for Snow. She raised her hand used her magic to start strangling her and did the same with Charming. In the moment I rushed in and tackled Cora to the ground.
" DONT YOU DARE HURT MY SISTER! " I said actually realising we were sisters, that we had grown a bonding. I pressed my blade to her throat and unlike last time with Blue I actually thought about doing it. Snow and Charming fell to the ground and Mum pulled me off. I got out of her grip and sheathed my sword. Mum helped Cora off the floor and I started to feel a little guilty. Charming protectively wrapped himself around Snow, not that it would help but it was a nice gesture.
" I killed you, I am so so sorry, " Snow started and she meant it. I kinda thought she did the right thing, I mean if Cora became the dark one all hell would have broke loose, literally.
" The blue fairy lied, the candle doesn't take a life it makes you watch the moment you most regret. It was pretty much all of my life, " She admitted," But now I have my heart I'm getting better, I'm changing for the better. "
" Come with us mother, " Mum offered and I think we were all a little surprised, " You can have a fresh start, "
We used the magic bean and unfortunately Cora came with us. We arrived back in Storybrooke, back home.

After Emma turns dark.

It had been a week and we had gotten everyone together. Snow, Charming, Henry, Ruby, Belle, Jefferson, Mum, Dad and I were going in search of Emma in a kingdom called Camelot. We would need some beans and to blend in we were to wear clothes that would suit the trend there. I packed a dress and a dagger along with some books. I wore some wedged leather boots, black leather trousers/pants, white cotton shirt and a blue cloak. It wasn't much different to Wonderland. I had my sword at my side and I took a pistol for firearms. I took some ammo and bandage in a little pouch. We said goodbye and left Granny in charge. We threw the bean and jumped through into the unknown world, of Camelot.
