Ashton:
As Ashton's maid you also served him his food which had its ups and downs. You heaved the heavy plate up from the kitchen and into the royal dining room. "HARRY!" You heard a voice yell. You faced an angry Princess Lauren. "What did he do this time?" You sighed. She held up a pair of slippers covered in goo. "Go easy on him Ren, I'll ask your mother about buying you a new pair." Her face lit up and she hugged you, "Thanks Y/n!" You smiled as you watched her throw the silk slippers on the floor and take her place at the huge dining table. You kept your head down as you served Ashton, Lauren and Harry their food as you glanced at the beautiful woman at the end of the table. Her long blonde hair was in a elegant plait and she wore a expensive looking dress. "Y/n will you serve Princess Alice as well please?" Queen Anne asked as you nodded. Your heart sunk, you knew exactly what was going on. When the royals had finished eating, Queen Anne tapped on her glass. "Ash, dear meet Princess Alice from Igradé. We have come to an agreement that you will marry her, a year from now." Ashton looked at Alice and back at his mother , he slid back in his chair. "Mother I do not wish to get married to Princess Alice!" He muttered. "Ashton Fletcher Irwin you are marrying Alice whether you like it or not." "DO YOU EVER THINK OF US MOTHER WHEN YOU MAKE THESE PLANS? LAUR IS ONLY 14 AND IS BEING SHOWN SUITABLE PRINCES FROM NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES!" Princess Alice looked between the fuming mother and son as you shook your head knowing this would not end well. "I miss the old mum." Ashton looked around the room and locked eyes with you. "We all do." With that he placed his napkin on the table and stalked out the room. Lauren looked up at her mother, "I love you mum but Ashton's right. I don't want to get married, I'm only 14." She followed her older brother out of the silent dining room. Prince Harry looked up from scoffing his face with pancakes, "Oh yeah me too." He slammed his fork down and ran after the other two, stopping halfway before running back, grabbing a slice of bacon and running through the doors. Queen Anne rubbed her temples and looked down the table at the confused blonde, "I'm sorry Princess Alice, I'm not entirely sure my son wants to get married to you. Please tell your parents I've called this agreement off." Princess Alice rose from the table and kept her head high as she walked through the opposite doors to the siblings. "Y/n!" The queen called, you scuttled over brushing your apron down. You curtsied, "Yes my queen." She grasped your hand, "Check on the three of them." She whispered sadly and you gave her a soft smile. "I've been such a bad mother after... He... Left. I just want the best for them. Thank you so much for helping Y/n, I don't think I could've gotten along with Ash without you." You enclosed her hand, "It's always a pleasure working for you my queen. Besides I like a challenge and Ashton, Lauren and Harry give me that. And you didn't hear it from me but I think Princess Lauren might need new silk slippers." You giggled making Anne chuckle. "Now I must go see if they're okay." She nodded and collapsed in her throne as you made your way down to the nursery and knocked on the door...Calum:
Your parents had stroke a bit of luck when trying to find your brother a wife. They had somehow stumbled across a princess eager to marry your brother. She was also Mali and Calum's cousin so at the wedding they were invited. You tugged at the plum coloured sleeves of your floor length dress as you waited nervously for Calum to arrive, ever since your first meeting Calum came every week never failing. Some days he would even attempt to help you bake or even to learn a few skills. The trumpets sounded and a carriage pulled up. The Hood family had arrived and everyone greeted them formally. You stood at the back where nobody could see you and tugged at the loose hairs falling out of your top knot, a large hand enveloped yours and placed a soft kiss on it. "Prince Calum." You smiled at the familiar face. "Lady Y/n." Oh did I forget to mention, you're a duchess now. "Would you care to join me on a walk?" He asked offering his arm. You linked arms and he guided you around the huge gardens of the reception. You stopped near a huge fountain gushing with water in awe. "Look at how beautiful it is." You gasped, holding out your hand so that the water sprayed in different directions. "Almost as beautiful as you Y/n!" A pair of strong arms lifted you up onto the ledge of the fountain, you turned round and met Calum's beaming face, his hands never left your waist. The band struck up a waltz in the background. "May I have this dance madam?" Calum asked reaching for your hand as he jumped onto the ledge too. "You may." And the two of your began dancing round the edge, joyous laughing filled the surrounding air. Calum tripped over a rock and the both of you tumbled into the fountain making you both soaked. "Cal..." You gasped picking up the sodden rags of your dress. "Whoops..." He bit his plump bottom lip. " God your so clumsy dork!" You giggles pushing him under a jet of water. "CALUM THOMAS HOOD!" "Y/N Y/M/N Y/L/N!"
"Oh shit..." You both mumbled...Luke:
It had been two years since your first meeting with Luke and since then you had lived in the Hemming's castle. It was around noon when you were told to make your way to the throne room. King Andrew & Queen Liz sat on their thrones as Ben, Jack, Luke and you stood to the side. The grand doors opened and a beautiful girl and her father walked in. "King Andrew, Queen Liz... Luke..." Her silky voice rang through the throne room as she gave a loving glance at Luke. You felt your heart shatter into a thousand little pieces, you knew what was about to go down, you loved Luke... You loved him with all your heart but now that this girl is here there is defiantly no way that he will love you. "We have requested your presence today because my daughter, Sasha has something to ask." The older man spoke. Sasha stepped forward, "King Andrew & Queen Liz, I have been in love with your son Luke ever since I met him a year ago." You could see Liz's face contort into anger. "So I have come here today to ask if I may marry him." That's when Queen Liz snapped. "HOW DARE YOU COME INTO MY CASTLE TO ASK ME IF YOU CAN MARRY MY SON! PRINCESS Y/N IS STANDING RIGHT THERE, SHE IS LIKE A DAUGHTER TO ME SO NO I DENY YOUR REQUEST!" You glanced at the people around you. King Andrew was trying to calm Queen Liz down as Ben and Jack shook their heads knowing that this would never have gone down well. Luke stared at the red head in sadness and you thought about your options. Liz and Andrew stormed out the room who were then followed by Ben and Jack. Luke ran over and comforted the crying Sasha, you stared at the couple knowing that Luke will never love you as much as he loves Sasha and dashed out the huge doors knowing what you had to do...Michael:
"Excuse me, we're going to have to ask you to leave..."
You and Michael ran out the pub laughing. "So how's it going in your kingdom?" You asked Michael. He looked at you sadly, "Cut the shit Y/n we both know what's going on." You nodded glumly. "So where will you go now?" You asked. "Well I was planning to go talk to my father on the battlefield, see if he'll stop this war." He replied. "I'm going too so lets head off I'll accompany you." You slipped your foot into the stirrup and hauled yourself up onto your American cream draft stallion, Kismet (Arabian word for fate or destiny). Michael trailed behind you, getting comfortable for the long ride ahead.*4 hours later*
As you reached the edge of the forest you said, "I think we should rest here and set off through the forest in the morning." He nodded jumping off the uncomfortable saddle. While you built a small fire he pulled out the blankets from your packs. "Shit Y/n..." He sighed, tugging on the ends of his colourful hair. "What?" You asked confused finally lighting the kindling. "We've only got three blankets." He muttered looking up at the sky, "And the sun just decided to set so we're screwed." You cuddled up in your long sheepskin coat with a single blanket covering that while Michael slept soundly wrapped up in the other two blankets. "Y/n just come here." Michael croaked opening the blankets signally for you to join him. You blushed and scooted over to him, he enclosed your cold body and pressed you up into his chiseled, warm chest. You felt him muffle his face into your hair and kiss your head lightly, thinking you wouldn't feel it but you did and it felt like electricity prickling at your skin. When he thought you was asleep he whisper, "I've missed you so much Y/n... It's taken me ages to realise but I think I love you." You smiled as your heart raced. What you didn't tell him is that you had been in love with him since you were 10, but he didn't need to know that yet... At least not now...
