Backstory:
The third recognised superhero of Earth, Lewik decided to follow a career in the secret military arm of the UN called the 'UN-Makers', a team of the best soldiers on Earth that conspire to help stop wars before they happen. While the unit was eventually disbanded, Lewik was instead moved to Project Canine to serve as the team's tactical adviser and UN 'inside-man'. While not technically a spy, as Johnny knew he was working for the UN before he was admitted to the team, Lewik still has to report small things to the UN between missions and meetings to help keep things above-board.
In the field Lewik employs an impressive and wide-range of military tactics, equipment and skills, providing point-perfect fire support from his trusty rifle. He is also proficient in numerous other modern guns and close-combat styles, making him one of the team's most flexible assets in battle.
He is also the only member John seems worthy to fly and drive them places, as Lewik is crazy-good at Forza. Not the best qualifications for a driver, sure, but he shoots people for a living, so stop complaining.
Ultimate:
Lewis performs a perfect corkscrew backflip, scores the perfect headshot on the target with his sniper rifle, lets go of it, draws two machine pistols and sprays the target(s) with bullets before finally hitting the ground in a crouching position. Perfect.
