Backstory:
The only lesbian in the class, one of the bossiest students and sent to destroy a Hive artillery base in the Himalayans, Alicia's helicopter crashed in the mountains during a ice storm, causing her to trek miles without supplies or equipment to her objective. It was then she realised- she didn't feel cold. As in at all. Over her journey she gradually learned to harness her gifts of cryomancy, and, when she finally reached her objective, she became a force of pure cold, hard, unfeeling ice, driven to destroy and decimate her opposition. Her gifts were actually deprived from a Himalayan ice spirit offering its aid to Johnny, which he accepted to pass on to Alicia, so that it might help keep the balance of nature on Earth, foreseeing The Hive's consuming nature.
She currently helps The Circle as a prospect recruiter, travelling the world to look for soldiers and civilians that are deemed worthy of joining the team for training and application, as the protection of Earth for The Circle is a 24-hour job requiring many hands on-deck. She is also assistant-directing a new feminist political drama in Hollywood between meetings.
Ultimate:
Alicia summons a ice storm around her target(s), cutting down their sight, hearing and sense(s) of direction to almost zero. Whats more, the storm contains large boulders and shards of ice, smashing into them periodically and cutting them up- leaving bodies bleeding, broken and shivering.
