Weaknesses:
Power Limit (all of his abilities and summoned weaponry draw from a finite pool of energy. The more he pushes himself, the more energy he will use up, eventually turning back to his normal form. The energy pool takes up 2 hours to fully recharge).
Ancient Greek ruins, weapons or artifacts (because all Roman gods were deprived from the original Greek gods, just with some name changes, ancient Greek artifacts therefore reduce Sam's finite energy pool whenever there is such artifacts in his vicinity).
Magic.
Background:
Sent to defend Rome during the Second Battle for Earth, Sam didn't know how to activate all of his powers until he accidentally read aloud the name of the god and founder of Rome, Romulus. It turned out that his powers are formed from a follower of Romulus , a 'Romuli', that believed in Paganistic rituals and Gladiatorial combat to solve matters. Regardless, the champion fighters of The Hive were thrashed by the newly-superpowered Sam, whom engaged them in gladiatorial combat of old Roman style, winning the day.
Sam currently serves the team as its "poster boy", promoting the cause of The Circle to the public and performing as its champion and messenger to other alien races as authorities. Some invasions of Earth have been stopped just by seeing Romuli in his full suit of enchanted Roman armour, or when he brutally puts down their strongest champion in single combat.
Ultimate:
Sam summons a dense cloud of Roman swords that spins and rotates at a hurricane-like speed, then pushes it towards the enemy, slicing them apart in gory, spectacular fashion.
Theme:
'Now We Are Free'- Gladiator
Song:
'Hero'- Skillet
