"FUCK YOUUU! OH MY GOD!" Posi yelled out as she tightly held a Switch controller in her hands, looking like she was about to throw it at my TV.
Everyone sat around my living room, playing Mario Cart.

Posi and Lily were squished up together on an armchair, pushing each other around as they shifted and shoved to get a better view of the game.

Elias and Lia were sitting on the floor, also fighting against one another in hopes they would have a better chance of winning.

Lottie, Rose and Alex were together at the kitchen island talking.
Willow and Maisie tried to reach up to where they sat for the cookies they were slowly eating.
Leo was fast asleep in the nursery for a nap, though I expected he'd probably wake up soon.

And I was sitting in the L part of the couch, dog piled on by Noah laying between my legs, upper-body resting on my chest as he slept.

My hand rested in his hair between his ears, gently rubbing them, my phone in the other hand scrolling through a random online book.

"Soo.. Michael?" A voice caught my attention.

"Hm?" I looked up from my phone to find the source, seeing Alex had slumped onto the other end of the couch, glancing over at me.

"Do you guys have a date for the wedding?" She asked.

"Oh- yeah, two weeks." I replied, looking back at my phone, only to be put-off by the sudden silence as everyone turned to stare at me.

"Two weeks?!" Lily was the first to speak up, very loudly.

"Like— like deux? Two?" Lottie held up two fingers, her eyes widened slightly.

"Sweetheart— you have to tell people about dates like that." Posi lowered her head in her hands, laughing slightly.

"Yeah, do you have anything?" Lily added on, gesturing to her mate.

"I dunno, we're just doing it in the backyard, we have a cake and some food." I shrugged. I had, admittedly, put it to the back of my mind, not wanting to think about planning much at all.

"Do you have a suit?" Rose tilted her head from her spot at the kitchen island.

"No, cause I hate clothes shopping and I didn't wanna do it while I was pregnant and now I'm stitched up like Frankenstein." I looked down at myself, my stomach covered by Noah's sleeping body as his ear slightly twitched at the noise.

"Oh my god, men and planning." Lia stood up with a sign, gesturing her hands up in the air for dramatic flair as she walked over behind the couch.

I flattened my eyes.
"I can do all of that shit in a day."

"Then do it." She whispered through her teeth, clutching her hands at me with frustration.

"I'm tired.." I huffed, throwing my head back.

"What's everyone doing today?" Posi lifted her head, looking around the room.

"Nothing." Lily answered first, tossing her hair back slightly.

"I dunno." Alex shrugged.

"Winning Mario Cart." Elias said.

"Watching Elias lose ze Mario." Lottie corrected.

"Alright, then we're going shopping." Posi stood up with a rather proud stance, tossing her controller aside.

"Can't we do it tomorrow?" I laid my head on the cushion, closing my eyes to express how much I didn't wanna go out right now.
