"Maaama!" Willow whined, standing by the front door to our apartment, Maisie standing next to her with the same desperate expression.

"What?" I laughed, watching her from the kitchen as I made tea for Posi and I. Posi sat at the kitchen counter across from me.

"Outside!" She huffed, trying to reach up to the door handle, obviously failing.

"We can go to the garden in a bit, love." I told her, pouring the boiling water from the kettle into two tea cups, letting it steep.

"We could take them to the park? There's a nice one a couple blocks away." Posi shrugged. I thought for a moment, I was feeling more or less alright today.

"Sure." I smiled, handing her the cup of tea.

"Alright- you got doggy?" I looked down at Willow as I put my coat on, all of us getting ready to go out.
She was wearing her favourite overalls, covered in small images of cat faces, with a long sleeve shirt underneath to keep her warm.
Maisie wore a light blue dress with tights underneath, it was kind of chilly out today.

"Doggy!" She held up her dog stuffed animal with a grin.
I knelt down, picking her up against my chest. She wrapped her arms around me, lying her head on my shoulder as Posi grabbed Maisie.

We walked to the elevator, going down to Noah's office to let him know where we were going.
I knocked on the office door, hearing a muffled 'come in' from a voice inside. Posi stood behind me as we opened the door.

Noah sat at his desk, lifting his head to look at me. Elias and Lily both sat around him, holding laptops as they worked.
"Hey, love." He smiled. Willow giggled, reaching her arms for him as I took a step into the room.

"Dadddyy.." She purred, he stood up, walking around his desk over to me, kissing Willow on the head.

"Posi and I are gonna take the kids to the park." I said, looking up at him.

"Alright." He gently grabbed my face, pressing his lips against mine. "Take Elias with you." He said before pulling away, walking back over to his desk.

"Awhh, why?" I huffed.

"Yeah, why?" Elias flattened his gaze.

"Protection." He leaned back in his chair slightly.

"Can't Lily go?" Elias looked at Noah with a sigh, closing his laptop.

"Lily's three days behind work and Alex is out with Rose." He said, looking back down at his work.

"Finee." He groaned, standing up. He opened a drawer and grabbed a gun, putting it in his back pocket before putting on a blazer to hide it.
"C'mon, omega." He gestured to me as he walked past Posi and I, out the door.

"Asshole." I rolled my eyes, reluctantly following him.

"Stay where I can see you, okay?" I said as I placed Willow down on the grass at the park. She immediately ran off with Maisie to the play structure, I sighed, following them so I could watch.

"I haven't actually seen this town like- at all since we moved." Posi hummed. Standing next to me as I watched Willow and Maisie run under the play structure, up to the fake restaurant window.

"I could be doing a million things right now, and instead, I'm babysitting you idiots." Elias groaned.

"Maaama!" Willow called to me, I chuckled kneeling down on the other side of her window.
