HOSU CITY
"Well, with the whole neighborhood on alert, the villains don't seem to wanna come out." The Normal Hero: Manual said, an awkward smile on the hero as he placed down his helmet on the desk of his office.
Behind the hero was one Tenya Iida in his hero costume. The armor-clad young man took off his costume's helmet as he spoke up. "I suppose you're right." he said as he removed the glasses from his eyes as he looked down.
Despite his calm demeanor, the mind of the bespectacled boy is in shambles.
Hero Killer Stain. I knew as soon as I started researching. He thought, as he clenched his fist before closing his eyes. At each of the seven locations he's attacked thus far, he's killed or injured at least four heroes. What's his objective? I don't know if it's an omen or not, but...
His eyes opened and showed a look mixed with anger and determination. Tenya... I'm sorry... those were the words of Tenya's brother, The Turbo Hero: Ingenium, one of the victims of Stain's actions, as he lay in his hospital bed.
Tenya could remember Tensei's agonizing situation. He remembers the heart break in his parent's eyes when they saw Tensei's condition. He hated seeing his brother, his hero, in that state.
And it was all Stain's fault. That's why he had joined Manual's hero agency, which is situated in Hosu City, the last place where Stain was seen and encountered by Tensei.
Will it be dangerous? Yes. Will it be suicide approaching the Hero Killer? Yes.
Does Tenya know that? Definitely. But does he care? Hell no!
There's still a chance that he'll appear here once again. So come on, Hero Killer. I'll take you down myself. Tenya gripped his helmet, a dark expression morphing on his face, not noticing Manual's concerned expression.

Within the four corners of the sleeping quarters in the Kage no Dairiten (Shadow Agency), Izuku emerges from the bathroom of the room he is currently inhabiting. Visible cuts and bruises can be noticed under the medical gauze that was taped on his face.
From one look, you could really tell how hard Edgeshot has been pushing Izuku to the limit and was clearly not holding back. Edgeshot made him do different types of stretching, dodging, and running exercises. Like, he was told to perform ten laps around the training area using his hands as a way for him to improve his upper and core body, balance, body coordination, and even spatial awareness.
He was also given situational awareness tests to improve his battle intellect as well as test his quick thinking for certain villain attack scenarios. He passed each test with a few minor mistakes in his answers but Edgeshot said that it was decent for a high schooler. He wasn't sure if that was a backhanded compliment but he'll take it.
Not to mention he was even trained in the ways of the Shinobi... well kinda. To be honest, Edgeshot's style didn't really match his fighting style. He was more of a full frontal attack rather than a hit and run guy like Edgeshot.
But that didn't mean that he could learn the basics of it. He was taught the basics of shuriken and kunai throws, martial arts, and some acrobatic moves, which were his favorite as it coordinates well with his parkour skills that Delsin taught him.
He thought that Edgeshot would also show him how to use elemental techniques but Edgeshot immediately cut him off and told him that he is not a wizard.
Shinobi were supposed to be quick and stealthy as they are most commonly used in the distant past of the quirkless era for espionage, infiltration, information gathering and covert operations such as sabotage and even arson if needed. The only technique that shinobi must know, at least according to historical beliefs, is the ability to run and hide for them to take information and retreat back to their master, and showing off elemental techniques defeats the very point of being a shinobi.
