SCHOLAR LI
(Pointing to another section of the map) "We need to secure the loyalty of key military leaders. If we can ensure their support, we will have a better chance of mobilizing forces independently of the court's approval."
OFFICIAL JIN
(Grimly) "But how do we gain their trust? Many are loyal to the emperor, if only because they fear the repercussions of defying him."
SHIXIANG
(Thoughtfully) "We need leverage. Information that can sway their loyalties or reveal the incompetence of those currently in power. Aiyue may be able to help with that."
The group falls silent for a moment, considering the risks involved.
SCHOLAR FAN
(Cautiously) "Aiyue's position is precarious. If she is discovered, the consequences could be dire—not just for her, but for all of us."
SHIXIANG
(Resolutely) "She understands the risks, and she is willing. We must all be willing to make sacrifices if we are to see this through."
OFFICIAL JIN
(Nods) "Then let us proceed carefully. We will gather what we can from her sources, and you, Shixiang, will continue to rally support among the scholars. We must move quickly, but with caution."
