The Battle of Stohess

"We're gonna bring her down no matter what!" Carter exclaimed. The group of people cheered. Seje had been selected along with Mikey, Nia, and a few other trainees that the legion trusted, to take down the female titan. The rest of the trainees were somewhere in southwest wall rose under surveillance.

"Right," Carter said, "Let's go over the plan one last time."

"Eren, Armin, and Mikasa, are pretending to be escaping Stohess. They are acting like they need Annie's help to get out. They will lure her into an underground tunnel, Team 2 will be here, just in case she refuses and things go south." Carter paused, "Then, she will go into the tunnel where we, Team 3, will intercept her. If it all goes well, we give her to Team 4 who will interrogate her. Team 1 will be with Jean, who will be posing for Eren by the way, making sure that the Military Police stay distracted." Carter explained, "If things go wrong, Team 2 will attempt to stop her. Then, we will intercept Mikasa, Eren, and Armin. Team 4 will distract her and lead her towards traps set up by Team 5, or 6. If she gets by those, several other teams will be positioned around to stop her. While Teams 11, 12, 13, and 14 will be evacuating people if she does go titan."

"Glad to know we're prepared," Mikey commented.

Carter looked towards the center of the city, there were loud noises like screaming and fighting. Suddenly there was a explosive noise and a black flare shot through the sky. "Shit we have to go, on me!" Carter commanded. Carter ran into the tunnel, Mikey and Zane running in front of her. Torches lined the cobble stone walls of the tunnel. The only heat in the cool environment. Seje saw them reflect off of Vlas's face as he ran down the tunnel, giving him a scary look.

Everyone stopped for a moment, there was a giant rumbling, a flash of light and a brisk silence afterwards. "We have to keep going," Carter yelled. Mikey and Zane ran ahead again. The group was almost to the T section of the tunnel where they would meet Eren and Armin and Mikasa, if they were still alive. "I think it's safe to assume everything has gone haywire," Nia suggested, from beside Seje. Seje just nodded.

Mikey made it to the T of the Tunnel first, he turned and waved to someone unseen by Seje. Zane reached him next. Suddenly, the tunnel quaked and light flooded through the passages as a hole was opened in the ceiling. Dust temporarily filled the air and when Seje opened his eyes again, he saw a giant fleshy foot rising through a hole in the roof off of a pile of rubble. Seje's eyes focused and he saw Mikey and Zane lying there dead. "Lauri," Seje said faintly, "I'm sorry."

"We've got to go back, now!" Carter screamed at the group, running at top speed back towards the entrance of the tunnel. Everyone followed her. The group reached the end of the tunnel and took a small rest, waiting for orders. Carter stayed silent and unmoving. "What are our orders, ma'am?!" Rashida yelled, lying on the ground, clutching a bloody arm. 

Carter turned around, "Mene, Jelk, Nia, Rashida, you are injured pretty badly please go find somewhere safe to help out. But first, visit the medical teams." She paused, "Zemia, Vlas, Jameon, Seje, and Harlsonn, get ready to fight the female titan." The group rested for a moment more then split into their respective squads. 

Seje shot a hook into the roof above and came up sharp against the rooftop and flew into the air a good height. He looked across the buildings and saw a giant figure being circled by a smaller one. The female titan really was Annie. Seje shot a hook into a tower and soared right above the rooftops, zooming towards the female titan. He lifted his swords and released the hook, gaining enough momentum to soar right above her head unnoticed. Seje landed on a rooftop and did a back flip. He looked at the female titan up close. She had short blond hair, and her flesh was covered by skin in only some places. 

He suddenly saw Mikasa circle around the female titan and cut at her arm. The female titan screamed. Instantly, cannon fire and flashing lights filled the air. Seje covered his ears. He looked back up and discovered the female titan had been trapped with harpoon cannons. "Yes," he self celebrated. He began to run towards her, but stopped to look on the ground, Armin and Jean were rummaging through a pile of debris. Seje looked closer and saw a very injured Eren lying in the debris. He gasped as the female titan suddenly appeared in his peripheral view. She had freed herself! Jameon and Zemia flew past Seje and went for the titan's ankles, but she dodged. Zemia jumped off a wall just as it was kicked in, barely escaping death.

Seje jumped into action attaching a hook to the titan's shoulder to distract her. She lurched her arm around and grabbed the hook, Seje still attached to the end. "Oh shit," Seje muttered. The female titan looked at him, her hand raised in the air. At the last second, Mikasa flew by the female titan and cut a tendon by it's shoulder, the arm went limp and released grip on Seje's wire. Seje jumped back before the titan could smash him. She didn't even try, she swung at Mikasa immediately. The titan missed, hitting a roof. Rubble rained everywhere and Seje saw Mikasa fall to the ground. 

The titan ran back towards the wall and began to make progress, before Vlas swooped in and was able to distract her for a split second. Jean was there too and circled around her, trying to make a hit against her left hip. He missed. Suddenly, a bright light flashed across the area and an explosion vibrated through the world. There was a hint of static electricity in the air when Seje saw Eren's titan running towards Annie with the intent to kill.

Eren ran up behind Annie, punching her square in the jaw. She flew back onto a domed building, it shattered as she crushed it with her falling body. She got back up and the two titans fought for a few seconds. Suddenly, Annie turned and began to run towards the front wall. Eren followed her, the two stepping on a multitude of buildings and bridges as the chase ensued. Seje tried to follow them but had suddenly run out of gas. "Shit," he said, "Carter, I'm out of gas!" Carter looked towards him slightly panicked. "Go back to the Resupply Team! Hurry!" Seje nodded and turned around and began to run across the buildings. He heard commotion coming from the front of the city but kept running.

Seje got to the resupply team and got some more blades and gas. The group asked questions but Seje elected not to answer. He began to fly back towards the front of the city. With every meter he flew, the noise grew louder. Seje got very low to the ground once he was near the commotion, he shot a hook into the roof of a building and propelled himself upwards. He did a flip over the building and right past where Annie and a strange looking Eren were fighting. "Warning flat land ahead!" A soldier yelled from the front of the group. "Everyone split up into groups of two and go around!" Squad Leader Hange yelled. 

By the time the groups had gotten around, they had been halted for fear of advancing further. Eren was attacking Annie vigorously. He had his hands ripping into her face and her hands were gone, steam leaking from where they used to be. Suddenly, Annie pushed Eren off of her. She turned for a second and looked back at Eren lying on the ground. She hardened the skin on her fingers and lunged towards the wall. climbing it as quick as she could. Eren tried to rip her off but only took her leg.

She climbed the wall faster and faster. Something bolted up the wall and became parallel with her knuckles. It was Mikasa! Mikasa applied gas across her hands horizontally, she hung from the wall, her fingers detached from the wall. Mikasa crossed by the other hand, Annie's fingers were gone. She plummeted to the ground. 

Eren immediately attacked her. He ripped her head off and threw it across the buildings. He was going to eat her. A blue light enveloped the area and she became encased in a crystal. A hooded figure came by and cut Eren out of his titan. The battle was over.
