<Hope's p.o.v>
Alaska had lightened the mood slightly, but I still didn't look up.
I spent all of the next hour staring at my feet.
Xavier left later, I hugged him right and let him go.
He promised he'd try and visit as much as possible, and I believed him.
The night time arrangements were that I was going to be sharing a room with Rebecca and Hana.
I had to borrow pajamas off Rebecca, seeing as I didn't have any clothes with me.
When I was snuggled down in bed, Rebecca sat up and stared at me.
"So, what's going in with you and that guy, Xavier was it?" I blushed and shrugged my shoulders.
"Oh, come on! You don't expect us to believe its nothing!" Hana said, also sitting up.
I grabbed some paper, and wrote;
He's just a friend. Nothing more.
Rebecca rolled her eyes and said,
"You can be honest with us here." I still shrugged and I circled the not I had just written.
"Fine then, how did you become friends?" Hana asked.
I grabbed the paper and wrote;
We spoke at school.
Hana and Rebecca rolled their eyes in unison.
"Tell us the full story." They said.
I was getting rather uncomfortable now.
I'd rather not tell you.
I wrote.
Rebecca shrugged and dropped it, but Hana was having none of it.
"Aww, Hope, don't be such a spoil-sport!" She wined.
I looked down again and shrugged my shoulders.
Rebecca gave Hana a look, and Hana reluctantly dropped it.
So, Rebecca, you and Corey?
I asked, to brighten the mood.
Rebecca made a face, while Hana went into fits of laughter.
"Ew, Corey. No way."
"Y-yeah... Righ-t..." Hana let out between laughs.
I grinned and wiggled my eyebrows at her.
It was Rebecca's turn to blush.
"No, I don't like him. Honest!" I rolled my eyes and laughed with Hana.
Rebecca folded her arms and waited for us to finish.
When we had, she sighed and said;
"Maybe he is a little bit cute."
"I KNEW IT!" Hana squealed.
Rebecca lay back down again, her face resembling that of a tomato.
I could get used to this.
Laughter every night, having friends, being happy.

It was Monday, so I had to go back to school.
I was dreading it.
People would stare when they saw Xavier, Blake and I together.
I don't think I could handle that.
Nevertheless, that morning, I got ready for school.
I left the house extra early so I didn't have to talk to anyone that morning.
But, just as I was about to leave, Corey appeared in front of me.
He frowned at me.
"Where you going?" I rolled my eyes. It was pretty obvious.
School.
He nodded his head slowly, and I went to leave again.
"Wait. I was actually wondering if I could walk with you?" I frowned.
But you don't go to my school.
"Well, actually I'm starting there today." I raised my eyebrows at him.
Fine then.
I started to walk put, but he hung behind.
You coming or what?
He read the note and nodded nervously.
I grinned.
"Why are you grinning at me like that?" He demanded.
Because its hilarious how nervous you are.
He just gave me a flat look.
I shrugged my shoulders and started to walk.
He followed behind me.
When I entered school, I felt more self-concious than ever.
The few people that were here were staring at me.
Because of Corey.
People never usually stared at me this much.
I felt my cheeks heat, and I walked even faster to get to class.
